The apartment is located in the basement, has a private entrance from the garden. Interior design: In the entrance to the right is the bathroom with toilet, shower, sink and washing machine. To the left in the entrance is the entrance to the kitchen - to the left is the bedroom and to the right is the living room. We ourselves live on the ground floor 2 people ourselves and 1 cat. The cat does not come in the basement. We recommend that there are max 2 adults and 2 children in the apartment.. Large garden with barbecue space that you will of course also have access to.

I rent out my private villa which consists of 2 bedrooms, shower, toilet, large kitchen, a lovely living room with dining area, 2 terraces as well as a large balcony overlooking the lake. In addition, there are 2 children's rooms that you do not have access to. On the lower floor there is an entrance hall and a Victorian room. The house is not renovated and is therefore completely original. The balcony is new though. All in all, a very cozy home that I am both proud of and very happy about.

In Hjarbæk (10 km by car and 7.5 km by bike) idyllic marina, reputable inn and delicious ice cream house (summer open). 50 meters from the house stop for bus with several daily departures to Viborg, among other things.
