This accommodation is a couple of minutes walk from the beautiful swimming area of Lake Vidöstern. Enjoy an early morning swim or walk on the trails in the adjacent forest. Värnamo city is 10 minutes away by car. There, a visit to the art museum Vandalorum is recommended, or the city park Apladalen. Families with children are advised to visit the amusement park High Chaparral, which is 25 minutes away, or why not the unique national park Store Mosse, which is just as close. There is an option to charge an electric car via a charging box.

The house is built of wood from the same forest as the house is in and the insulation is wood shavings from floors and walls. For us, it's important to protect the ecological and local environment.

Store Mosse, High Chaparral and Hestra Mountain resort are between 20 and 45 minutes drive from the cabin.

Here, as a guest, you sleep high up in the treetops and wake up to birdsong. Through the large windows, you can enjoy forest views as far as the eye can see. Here, you have the opportunity for maximum relaxation, but for those who want more activity, the accommodation is a good starting point for day trips.

Private island (accessible via bridge) with wood-fired bath and canoe

Relax in this unique and quiet accommodation on your own island that you can easily reach via a small bridge from your own parking space. Paddle a canoe to the islands on the other side of the lake, swim from the bathing stone or in the wood-fired bathtub, read a book in the hammock, chill on the terrace, pick mushrooms, cook dinner and read a book while you look out over the lake.
