Welcome to my flat, which is in walking distance to the subway line U6 and S-Bahn (station Floridsdorf). It is a perfect fit for those, who want to explore the city, swim in the Danube or for people searching for a place to work from for a longer time (a month or more -> if you stay longer the discount increases!).
