Stay in a designer loft in a newly renovated historic landmark building ('Palais'), built in 1864. Located in the 2nd district, Leopoldstadt, on a famous boulevard, close to many hip restaurants around Donaukanal, Augarten Park and City Center with its famous St. Stephen's Cathedral in walkable distance. Subway access right in front of building. One of the best Viennese modern coffee shops is in the same building, offering pastry and sandwiches to the local crowd as well as its expat regulars.

Vienna-Heights is a studio directly under the roof of a 19th century villa in one of the most elegant districts of Vienna. Our house was built in 1897 and therefore there is NO ELEVATOR. It is situated on the 3rd floor. You will be rewarded for the climb with a marvellous view on the city from terrace and room. Big comfortable double-bed, convertible sofa for one or two more guests. For rent is a loft with a combined kitchen and living room, a workplace, a bathroom with a toilet and a spacious balcony in the courtyard. Fast 150 Mbps Wi-Fi and a coffee maker incl. Coffee is available. The kitchen is fully equipped and filled with spices. In the sleeping area there is a reading light on each side and with an internet-enabled TV all streaming platforms can be used.

We offer a beautiful little, private house including terrace and free parking in front of our property. We also have an e-charging station for cost-effective charging. In 15 minutes you can take the train to Vienna Central Station, and in 10 minutes you can take the bus to Therme Wien Oberlaa. The house is 15 km from the airport. We also live on the property in our own house, so we are always available.
