Welcome to Grönhem's farm in the heart of Österlen. Here you live in one of two apartments, with your own garden, in a timber frame construction with origins from the 18th century. The farm is nestled with rolling pastures for our horses in Österlen's hilly landscape. It is located between Vik and Rörum with proximity to the sea and the beach at Knäbäckshusen as well as to two golf courses. There are nice walking paths in beech forests in close proximity to the farm. The apartment has an open floor plan with integrated kitchen and living room.

After a few kilometers of magical winding forest road up the hills, you will come to this unique cottage. The forest ranger's cabin is located at a high altitude and the view of Hanöbukten with Stenshuvud nature reserve in the background is unique. Here you can walk, hike in untouched forests, along trails or by the sea. You are between heaven and sea in one of Österlen's most beautiful places. Proximity to the sea and swimming, towns, villages that offer food, fish shops, farm shops, cafes, restaurants, music performances, flea markets, etc.

A fantastic accommodation right on the sandy beach of the beautiful fishing village, Brantevik. If harmony and tranquility are to be placed in one place, it is here. Here, fantastic walking and cycling trails await right at your doorstep. If you go south, you will experience the genuine Brantevik that turns into the beautiful "Grönet" that offers both lovely swimming by cliffs or calm, peaceful walks along the sea. If you go north, a lovely walking and cycling path awaits you to the picturesque Simrishamn.

Old school in Vik

The house is perched high overlooking Stenshuvud and Hanö Bay. It was built in 1897 and was Viks Folk High School until the end of the 50s. In 2011 and 2012, an extensive renovation was done and now the entire house is as in newly built condition. However, we have strived to preserve the original character of the house as far as possible. Vik is Österlen's oldest fishing village and the old settlement is very well preserved. Here is calm and pleasant here and the surrounding nature is stunningly beautiful!

Here, the stress runs off, in the charming old fishing village north of Simrishamn, which is surrounded by fruit orchards and is the oldest of Österlen's seven fishing villages. From the house, it is only a 400-meter walk down to the harbor and beach with swimming opportunities.

Naturreservatet är ett stenkast bort, och väl tillbaka - kanske en smakprovning med gårdens cider - Österskens Torra?

Cozy apartment in a courtyard house in Södra Mellby, Österlen. There is a private patio, a living room with kitchenette and sleeping loft with room for three people. The entire old Skåne farmhouse has been newly renovated in the past year and the guest house is part of the farmhouse, which also houses an artist's studio and gallery. The guest house has a separate entrance. Of course, the cottage is also decorated with art from the studio.
