Experience Jutland from the center. This home has reserved the entire first floor for the adult /dearest couple while the kids can have their own experience in the basement. Where there is also a separate room for the grumpy teenager-or the grandmother. The house has its own bar and coffee corner. You can sit undisturbed in the orangery and enjoy the tranquility and views of the forest and field. There is an outdoor firepit/grill. Hvam is located in the middle of Jutland with 10 to Viborg and 30 minutes to Herning and Silkeborg, respectively.

Beautiful surroundings on a nature property

Newly renovated large and bright room on 1 floor with fantastic views (and with the possibility of 2 extra beds in addition to double bed) and newly renovated smaller room with vaulted ceilings on the ground floor - also with nice views and double bed. There is also a large living room with the possibility of, among other things, "cinema" coziness with large canvas, a game of table football or just pure relaxation with a good book. The bathroom is on the ground floor. There is a nice sofa bed and good box mattresses.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. We offer a cozy house, originally from 1890, which we have renovated with a gentle hand. We have a nice, functional and fully equipped kitchen. Play one of our many board games or enjoy our cozy garden. The house is located in a small village, but close to a larger city, Kjellerup (4.3 km), with some shopping opportunities. The house is centrally located in Jutland, close to the beautiful towns of Viborg (20 km), Silkeborg (20 km), Aarhus (52 km), Billund (80 km).

The home is located right on the highway but has soundproofed windows. But noise from traffic is to be expected - especially on weekdays and at harvest time. VELKOMMEN til et ophold i vores skønne lejlighed, som ligger i den fantastiske natur, lige op ad skoven og med flere søer i området - herunder kort afstand til Østre Søbad, hvor I kan bade året rundt. Der er også en sauna ifm. søbadet. Vi bor midt i Søhøjlandet og har en 10 minutters køretur til Silkeborg centrum. Der er 2 km. til Pizzaria og indkøb i Virklund. Der er wifi i huset, men intet TV da vi indbyder til ro og gode naturoplevelser. Der er gulvvarme i hele boligen.

Slap af med hele familien i denne fredfyldte bolig. Som ligger midt i naturen en lille hyggelig landsby tæt ved Hinge sø og Serup skov men kun 5 km fra Herning/Århus motorvejen. Der er 6 km til Kjellerup 10 km til Silkeborg 26 km til Viborg . Et lille hyggeligt hus som er nyrenoveret i 2024 med stor græsplæne og gode parkerings mugligheder og meget rolige og smukke omgivelser. Welcome to our cozy one room apartment in the countryside. The apartment is located in a separate annex in connection with our house (we have two Airbnb apartments in the same annex). So you have your own place with a fully equiped kitchen, a bathroom, a terrace and a small green space. The terrace and the green space is shared with the other apartment in the annex.
