Alan is a very friendly and thoughtful host. It was a pleasure to stay at his property, that I would recommend 100%! The house itself is quiet and peaceful, perfect for holidays. Go for it!

Ci siamo trovati molto bene nell' appartamento di Franca e Roberto, pulitissimo e ordinato con tutto il necessario per una vacanza. Posto auto privato e posizione comoda a due passi dal mare. Consigliato.

I can highly recommend this studio if you are staying some days in Cesena. It is very central and it is nice and everything is there in the flat for you to feel at home. The host is very helpful and responds immediately.

Siamo tornati per il secondo anno consecutivo perché ci eravamo trovati molto bene e devo dire che le aspettative non sono state deluse! L’appartamento è piccolo, ma offre tutto, proprio tutto il necessario ed è pulitissimo. I signori sono gentili, cordiali e disponibili. Il loro giardino pieno di fiori è veramente carino e nei dintorni (150 mq) ci sono un sacco di servizi: panetteria, pizzeria da asporto, una farmacia, un piccolo Conad, ecc.. esperienza super positiva e speriamo di tornare 😍

Het verblijf is goed verlopen met hele fijne communicatie. Het appartement is mooi en schoon en zou het zeker mensen aanraden!

Maria is a wonderful host. We had all we need in order to have a great holiday. The neighborhood was quiet, with free parking places available all the time. At check-in we find a bottle of frizzante and water. We enjoyed our vacation and will definitely recommend this location. Grazie mille 🤗❤️

Siamo stati molto bene nell'alloggio: abbiamo apprezzato molto la pulizia, la luminosità e l'ampiezza degli spazi, oltre all'estrema comodità di questa casa per una famiglia come noi con un bimbo molto piccolo e relativo passeggino (facile da raggiungere, con ascensore, totale assenza di gradini...). Ottima anche la comunicazione con l'host, sempre reattivo e disponibile sia per il check in che per il check out. Suggerirei soltanto di mettere a disposizione degli ospiti qualche genere alimentare di base come una bottiglia d'acqua, olio, caffè, anche solo qualche campioncino di shampoo. Sembra una sciocchezza ma può fare davvero la differenza appena arrivati. Con i bambini infatti non sempre si è in grado di fare ogni pasto fuori e noi avendo viaggiato in treno non ci siamo portati provviste. Poiché la casa era completamente sprovvista di questo genere di cose, pur essendo presenti nelle vicinanze supermarket, ci siamo trovati un po' in difficoltà in questi giorni di chiusure pasquali.

Siamo tornate in questo posto perché già la prima volta ci siamo trovate bene!Lo consiglio a tutti….quindi arrivederci presto! Emanuela Monica Anna

Die Kommunikation mit Eleonora war unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Ab Ankunft war Stefano unser Ansprechpartner, sehr gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Er hat uns das Apartment gezeigt, alle Besonderheiten erkärt, mit allem geholfen und war schnell ansprechbar, wenn es Probleme gab. Freitagnachmittag Ankunft, Internet/WiFi geht nicht. Zwar hat die Reparatur bis Montag, unserem Abreisetag, gedauert, aber Stefano hat sich darum gekümmert, trotz Wochenende. Wir fanden es sehr angenehm, einen persönlichen Kontakt zu haben. Das Apartment ist etwas ganz Besonderes. Klare Architektur, angenehme Farben, gute Ausstattung, gemütlich. Eigentlich ist es ganz nah zum Meer, aber es ist alles sehr zugebaut, Hotellerie und Gastronomie eroberten wohl in den letzten Jahren die Plätze. Mit Hund war leider kein Zugang zum Strand in der nahen Umgebung möglich, darum Autofahrt nach Pesaro und Fano. Danke an Stefano und Eleonora und alles Gute !

Ho soggiornato 4 notti per un weekend di corsi. Ho trovato l'appartamento ben tenuto, perfetto per una persona che esce la mattina e torna la sera, in una posizione tranquilla e in centro. Paola è stata gentile e mi ha aiutato a risolvere velocemente un problema che avevo con l'acqua calda. Se come me preferite dormire al buio assoluto vi consiglio una mascherina per gli occhi.

We had a wonderful time at Roberta‘s flat! It is nicely furnished, very clean and we slept very well on the mattrasses and with the air conditioning. Roberta is the most welcoming and warm-hearted person and she was always there for us when we needed something. The communication with her was spotless. The location of the flat could’t have been better. The flat is based in a very quiet and nice area of Rimini and still it took us only 5 minutes to get to the beach which was perfect and also just 3 minutes to many nice restaurants and bars. There is also a supermarket just at the corner and in 1 minute you can reach - as we believe - the most authentic Italian bar in Rimini directly at the canal. Grab a coffee in the morning with a „cornetto con crema“ and just enjoy the bustling Italian atmosphere. If you rent bikes - like we did - you can reach the beautiful old town of Rimini in 7 minutes from the flat. We can highly recommend Roberta‘s flat and we definitely want to come again!

We had a fantastic stay in Riccione. It’s a beautiful town with friendly people, great shopping and fantastic Italian food (as always!) The apartment had everything we needed and felt like a home-from-home. It’s a great location for walking to the beach or into the town for evenings at the local bars and restaurants. Leda is a wonderful host, very helpful, sharing local knowledge and helping us secure a transfer back to the airport. We can’t wait to visit again!

Ho trascorso qualche giorno da Eleonora, con il mio compagno e la mia nipotina di 9 anni. In casa c'era tutto quello di cui avevamo bisogno: l'appartamento era pulito e molto luminoso, ben arieggiato ed equipaggiato. Anche se non provvisto di ascensore, non abbiamo faticato a spostarci agevolmente. Le nostre aspettative sono state soddisfatte appieno. Il quartiere era tranquillo, ma allo stesso tempo molto vicino al lungomare e a vari locali. Eleonora è stata disponibile ed accogliente e ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni di cui avremmo potuto avere bisogno. Personalmente lo consiglio a famiglie, ma anche a coppie che cercano svago e relax. Marina da Padova.

Disfrute una escapada increíble en Rimini gracias a que encontré el alojamiento de Veronica. Muy bien ubicado, súper cerca de restaurantes, markets y sobretodo de transporte público para moverse con facilidad. Veronica siempre dispuesta a ayudar y a hacer de tu estadía la más placentera. Recomendado al 100%

we had a wonderful and relaxing time surrounded by magnificent landscape in Davids home. the cities close by were worth a trip to see the cultural influences of the region. The apartment was perfect for our family of four and we alll enjoyed some calm hours there and at the pool area. We will definately come again!

This is a wonderful place to be, the most awesome place I’ve ever rented. Very clean, very beautiful, very comfy, very well equipped, very safe, very well located, very amazing view, all was perfect. Excellent logement. Dans un quartier privé et calme. Parking privé pour une voiture mais nombreuses places de parking aux alentours. Facilité d'accès à la mer à pied et proche du centre et des restaurants. Michelangelo est une personne très amicale et réactive. Ca a été un plaisir de communiquer avec lui. Si je devais trouver un petit défaut je dirai qu'il manquait un peu d'équipement dans la cuisine tel que des produits de 1ère nécessité (poivre, huile, ...) et un peu de vaisselle pour 6 personnes (tasses, verres à vin). Pour le reste rien à redire. A recommander

We had a great stay. Fantastic location, Katia was proactive and helpful throughout. Arrival instructions were clear, but I missed a step - response was speedy sending me photos to show me what to do. House bigger than we expected. Very quiet, good facilities and as described. Shared swimming pool, but it was big, well maintained and never crowded. Would thoroughly recommend.

Abbiamo alloggiato tre settimane da Simona nell'appartamento Peonia. Il posto incantevole si contraddistingue per la pace assoluta, la pulizia, gli spazi curati con amore e dedizione indescrivibili. Simona e Valentina sono disponibili sotto ogni aspetto e al tempo stesso sanno essere discrete e mai invadenti, aspetto che ho apprezzato molto. Ci hanno offerto i loro preziosi prodotti agricoli con generosità e abbiamo potuto usufruire degli spazi esterni in piena libertà e privacy. L'appartamento è moderno, funzionale e di gran gusto. La cucina attrezzata, la camera ampia e fresca, il bagno meraviglioso. A disposizione una lavanderia completa di lavatrice, stendino e macchina che prepara il ghiaccio. Parcheggio comodissimo con cancello automatico..E poi i cani di Simona ben educati sempre al loro posto. Noi abbiamo davvero amato la posizione immersa nella campagna, ma vicina al mare e il confort della piscina e di un ambiente silenzioso. Grazie di tutto!

We had a wonderful time at Mara’s place and we absolutely loved the location on the beach. The apartment was beautiful, airy and bright, spotless, and we had plenty of space. The best part was the beautiful bagno. It was not overcrowded and the umbrellas were not spaced “on top of each other”. The kids had a blast! Note that there is no convenience store in immediate walking distance and to get supplies on your way in (if you don’t plan on moving the car once you’ve arrived). We would definitely return! Thank you!

Such a peaceful location, you can fully relax here, it is like your home away from home. with comfortable bed, and living area we were able to spread out and relax for the first time in days. we did not feel the need to go out and simply enjoyed a bottle of wine. while we had ours with us, we noticed the host had several to purchase in unit. would not change anything about this place it was perfect.
