Charming cross-timbered house, next to Ravlunda church. Ravlunda is a village located between Brösarp's hills and Kivik. The village is surrounded by beautiful nature and is a couple of minutes from Haväng and the beach. The house has three small bedrooms and a kitchen with 6-8 seats. Small living room. Two of the bedrooms have a double bed, the third and smallest bedroom is furnished with a day bed/sofa bed. Small toilet with shower, Private patio. The house is detached but is close to a larger residential house (Ravlunda Prästgård),

Maglehem by the sea and beech forests

Newly renovated small cottage (25 sqm). A separate bedroom with double bed. Two sleeping loft with room for 2 or 1 bed. Fantastic surrounding nature with beech forests and large fields. Rich birdlife. 3 km to the sea. Endless cycle paths without car traffic. Walking distance to Solgårdens restaurant. In Maglehem you don't hear any car traffic. Five kilometers to the nearest grocery store. This place is the most beautiful in Skåne. From the south: Take road 19 going from Ystad towards Kristianstad. Turn right at Maglehem/Lillehem.

Inom gångavstånd ligger den vidsträckta vackra stranden som sträcker sig från Stenshuvud till Åhus. Stugan ligger en kort bilfärd från såväl Kivik som Åhus. Från våren 2025 har vi 4st nya fina cyklar i stugan som kan användas av gästerna. Goda fiskemöjligheter finns i närheten i bl.a. Helge Å. Militäranläggningen Ravlunda skjutfält finns en bit bort men den är stängd under hela sommaren och det pågår ingen verksamhet. Under andra perioder kan det höras ljud och smällar från skjutövningar.

Welcome to our cottage located in the middle of the forest in a beautiful nature reserve, approximately 18 km from the beach and 10 km from the village of Brösarp with shops and restaurants. There are beautiful walks that start right outside the house. Here you can really relax and enjoy the silence. Price per night is inclusive. There are no additional costs. Includes bed linen, towels and much more! Weekly rental midsummer - August. (Hosts live in a house next to the cottage).

A home is suitable for those who want to enjoy a quiet and soothing environment. The cottage is a bright and nice guest cottage that is close to our house. It has a fantastic location by the water, is about 35 sqm and has equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, a bedroom with bunk bed and a living room with sofa bed. The cottage has a small patio and its own parking. Close to stunning nature and sea. Canoe is available to borrow for those who wish.

Patio's half-timbered apartment

Small apartment in old half-timbered farm just outside the wall to medieval Åhus. The apartment forms a separate part of the residence wing with its own entrance, two rooms and private shower room. In one room there is a small kitchenette with fridge, microwave, water boiler, egg boiler and toaster. Car can be parked on the lawn outside the entrance. There is also garden furniture.

Scenic area with forest and valleys very close to many sights including Yangtorp and Skåne's highest waterfall in a hiking area called Forsakar. About 16 km to the sea with long beaches. Close to Haväng,Brösarps Backar and Kivik's musteri on Österlen as well as a very beautiful nature conservation area with the sea that meets the cliffs.
