The house has an area of 140 sq m and two levels. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchenette with a dining area and a living room with a fireplace. You can spend time on the covered terrace, in the garden, playing football, volleyball or table tennis. Free bicycles are available on site for guests. The garden - 1500 sq m is an oasis of greenery and tranquility. From September to the end of April, the use of the sauna is included in the price of the stay (applies to a 2-day stay). The area is fully fenced and safe for guests with dogs.

Our wonderful Swedish house, lovingly called Birka, is ideal for families, with parents and grandparents, but also ideal for friendly couples. 2 separately usable living areas on the first floor/attic with 1 bathroom each are ideal for this. It is quietly located in a vacation home settlement, surrounded by birches, with reduced traffic. The fenced garden with sandbox and playground quickly lets you forget everyday life and a vacation mood arises. Outdoor deck chairs and seating area let you enjoy the sun.

Mönkes Kate & Meer

Welcome to our cottage in Mönkebude – Mönke's Kate und Meer – on the Szczecin Lagoon of the Baltic Sea Our listed cottage by the sea is at your disposal for your relaxation. The cottage was built around 1850 as an extension for the former large barn house of a fishing family from Mönkebude and was used for living until around 1982. Today, our guests relax between the old half-timbered walls made of bricks, clay-plastered walls and under the beautiful thatched roof on about 80 square meters of living space.

You can find here an absolute tranquility.The house is located 50m from Wolin National Park (a great forest) and 1,2km through this forest to the beach. The beach itself: wide, wide, long, white sandy beach. In the house: a fire place+ sauna and 5 bed rooms (4 x double bed + 1 room with 2 bunk beds for kids)

Our house is a spacious country house from 1912 in the middle of a 5000 m² natural plot. It can accommodate 7-8 people, has been extensively renovated and furnished with antique farmhouse furniture and some design classics. Located on the edge of a village in the Western Pomeranian meadow not far from Szczecin and 1.5 hours from Berlin, you leave the crowded Uckermark behind you. Find relaxation or a quiet workplace in the hilly terminal moraine landscape with many small swimming lakes.

The lake house offers a wonderful vacation with the most beautiful views of Lake Neuwarper, a bay of the Szczecin Lagoon. From the living room you have a magnificent view over the lake and the Riether Werder. A wonderful place to end the day by the fireplace or in the sauna after an extended tour by rowboat or after a swim in the lake. The large garden is fenced, there is garden furniture and teak loungers, and for the little ones a sandbox and a swing.

This is a semi-detached house in a neighborhood with thatched houses and unobstructed views of the Achterwasser. Lot size 1200 m².
