Enjoy a cozy holiday in the countryside - in UNESCO's biosphere area, close to the medieval town of Stege, near the water and in the middle of nature. We are a family consisting of a Danish/Japanese couple, three small dogs, a cat, sheep, running ducks and chickens. We have renovated the entire farm to the best of our abilities and with a high degree of recycled materials. We love to travel and make sure the house is comfortable and cozy. We have tried to decorate our guest house as we think is nice. Let us know if you're missing anything!

Old city/Altstadt Stralsund near Harbor/City Hall

This "penthouse" apartment is located in one of the prettiest corners of the old city center of the historic Hanse city of Stralsund (and UNESCO World Heritage site). It stretches over the two top floors just under the red-tile-covered roof of a house built sometime around 1760 over foundations from 1300. For the past five years, we’ve been carefully restoring it, breathing new life into the 1899 estate. On the upper floor of the manor house – a brick building typical for the region – a spacious, light-filled 114 sqm apartment is waiting for you. The old beams are visible once again. The interior is simple and doesn’t distract.

The property is located in a villa in the Hanseatic city of Stralsund, which is recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site with its eventful history, unique location on the water and the imposing brick Gothic buildings. Just a 10-minute walk from the train station, an apartment in a convenient location awaits you. After 1 km you are in the center of the old town with the Gothic town hall and other historical sights, the tourist center and numerous restaurants.

Cozy semi-detached house "Hase" Ummanz / Rügen

The space is a small (~35 sqm) cozy semi-detached house on the idyllic island of Ummanz, which is accessible via Rügen. We recommend arriving by car. A well-behaved dog up to knee height can be brought along, please request before booking, stating the breed. The house is located on a lovingly designed property with a barbecue area, play facilities for children and animals (ponies, goats, rabbits). The 2nd semi-detached house "Dachs" can also be booked.

We recommend the modern 30 m² apartment for 2 people with a child or 3 adults. However, it has a sofa bed and a guest bed, which can increase the occupancy by 1 person (on request). You can expect your own kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a living/sleeping area. The living area with its sofa bed and TV area offers enough space to enjoy relaxing evenings. The sleeping area is equipped with a double bed and a wardrobe.

There is ample parking space located in front of the property. The apartment is a converted farm worker's cottage of the Frankenthal estate with strong visible beams. The original character has been preserved, but the furnishings are contemporary and modern. Our house is very close to the city of Greifswald and the Hanseatic city of Stralsund is also not far away We have converted an old workshop especially for you, equipped with underfloor heating, TV, Wi-Fi and high-quality mattresses for a good night's sleep.
