Cozy bungalow in a climatic health resort

Hello dear visitors! I rent my bungalow renovated in 2018 including a garden with a grill, fireplace and sun loungers. You are welcome to use everything. The rehab clinics can be reached in 5 minutes on foot, as well as the castle park ( 2 min.) In the village you will find restaurants, a supermarket, an ice cream shop, as well as a pedal boat rental. For guests who are guests with us for tourist purposes, we have to pay a tourist tax of €1,- per person per night. Oli

Our apartment is located on the 1st floor directly in the Hagenstrasse. The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms. If required, a folding bed can be provided, so that 4 people can stay here. The double bed is 180 x 200 cm. Here you will also find bathroom with shower, workspace, storage space, very large private terrace with lounge furniture and small table with chairs, TV with Dysney+ and Netflix. The apartment is the complete upper floor with a large living/dining area, bedroom with double bed, walk-in closet, bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, etc.) The apartment is located in the center of Helmstedt (district Barmke) and is easily accessible via the A2. It is quietly located and through the large windows comes a lot of light into the apartment, with all windows equipped with shutters.
