The courtyard with seating and a grill and the large garden plot with, among other things, fruit trees and shrubs can also be used. Berlin-Mitte is 30 km away, the A 10 highway connection is about 10 km. Good regional train connection to Berlin-Ostkreuz (travel time approx. 40 minutes) in Werneuchen, 2.5 km away. Stock eines sanierten Altbaus in der beliebten Winsstraße, eigener Eingang und Aussicht nach hinten ins Grüne (kein Aufzug). Auch wir wohnen in dem Haus und helfen gerne bei Fragen oder mit Tipps.

The train station is 500 m away, bakery, shopping facilities or restaurants are within walking distance. Bus stop. For the doorstep, close to Berlin, other lakes in the vicinity. For dog lovers, the property is not completely fenced.

It isn't big, but has all the comforts to be without fancy. The cottage is charming and old, not a designer tiny house. The center of Berlin and Potsdam are quickly reached. Private access, balcony with water view, terrace and garden around. Living room with kitchen, bathtub, bedroom and extra sleeping space on the sofa bed for an extra charge. We live next door, so never an access or key problem. We are at the Wall Trail. Pets are also welcome.
