Our duplex cottage (44 square meters) with private entrance, terrace, parking and wallbox is located in the quiet Bürgerfelde district - on the outskirts of town and yet centrally located! Just 15 minutes by bike or bus from downtown, the train station and university and a few minutes' walk to the green surroundings. The house is completely renovated and equipped with everything new and comfortable. Ideal occupancy is 1-2 people/couples. For a few nights, you can also accommodate three people. Pets welcome!

Our apartment is located in the green and quiet south of Oldenburg. There is a bus connection directly on site, with which you can quickly reach the city center. Alternatively, e-scooters from local rental companies are available in the area. In the immediate vicinity is a shopping center (including REWE, Aldi, Rossmann, bakery, pharmacy). The apartment is suitable for a city trip, excursions to the surrounding area of Oldenburg as well as for visitors to the Oldenburg Clinic / Rehabilitation Center.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im ersten Stockwerk eines Familienhauses. Außenbereich mit Terrasse und großer Rasenfläche kann gerne mitgenutzt werden. Der Bahnhof ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, somit können die umliegenden Städte wie z.B. Oldenburg bequem erreicht werden.

"Das Lethe-Haus "

Wir haben ein kleines Haus mit Terrasse zu vermieten. Der idyllische Garten lädt zum Entschleunigen ein. Das Haus hat eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Geschirrspülmaschine, Backofen.. Im Obergeschoss ist das Schlafzimmer. Das dritte Bett steht im Wohn-Essbereich. Der Oberlether Krug ist in 50m und bietet am Abend super Essen. Der "Hof Oberlethe" ist nur 500m entfernt. Im 2 km entfernten Wardenburg gibt es viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Bushaltestelle ist in 100 m (Oberlethe am Brink)

Small paradise

Our little paradise is a bright, spacious, 110 m² old building apartment and part of a historic inn. You have your own entrance and balcony. In addition to 3 bedrooms, you will find a large living-dining area, including a sofa bed. The open dining room has a large table with 8 chairs. The apartment is technically equipped with free Wi-Fi & a 55-inch flat screen TV with Internet access. The kitchen is fully equipped. The bathroom has a shower and bathtub. There is a separate toilet.

Hof von Donnerschwee / Helene apartment

The Donnerschwee farm, first mentioned in 1937 and later built, is located in the northeast of the city of Oldenburg and was the first settlement house on the square. The Donnerschwee district emerged from an old farming village, which presumably existed since the 9th century. The surroundings impress with their proximity to the Donnerschwee meadows and their beautiful cycling and walking paths. Nevertheless, everyday necessities are within a few minutes' walk or on foot.

Get on your bike and start beautiful tours to Bad Zwischenahn, Rastede and Oldenburg from here. In 20 minutes, you can also reach the North Sea coast by car. We want you to relax, with good books, in a quiet but cozy environment, with only greenery and tranquility in front of the windows.

The apartment has a separate entrance and offers everything you need for a comfortable stay: a practical kitchenette with refrigerator, mini oven, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, bathroom, storage room. Facilities: double bed, TV, armchair, table, TV and Wi-Fi Important note: Due to negative experiences, we are unfortunately forced to restrict renting to installers.
