Our holiday apartment is close to the city and quietly located, easily accessible by train, bus, car or other means of transport. It is just 1000 m to the city center, 2 km to the train station, 2 km to the Olantis-Huntebad and about 2 km to Lake Drielaker. In the immediate vicinity are 2 discount markets, 2 pharmacies, 4 bakers, various cafes, a post office, 3 churches (bell ringing barely audible) and various doctor's offices. The apartment is located on the ground floor with only one high altitude.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im ersten Stockwerk eines Familienhauses. Außenbereich mit Terrasse und großer Rasenfläche kann gerne mitgenutzt werden. Der Bahnhof ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, somit können die umliegenden Städte wie z.B. Oldenburg bequem erreicht werden.

Meine Unterkunft ist in der Nähe von Innenstadt, Bahnhof fußläufig 10 Minuten, Restaurants und Nachtleben Oldenburgs sind also ganz nah dran :-). Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen des morgendlichen Vogelgeszwitschers und viel grün druherum, obwohl du mitten in der Stadt bist. Die Dachterasse wirst du auch zu schätzen wissen. In unsrerer Straße wohnen nur liebe Leute. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, Alleinreisende Abenteurer, Geschäftsreisende und Familien (mit Kindern).

It has a beautiful, bright bathroom with a bathtub, vanity and toilet. Just one street away is the natural swimming pool with indoor pool. The beautiful village park with lake as well as restaurants, shopping, pharmacies, doctors, hairdresser etc. are reachable in a few minutes' walk.

The Wesermarsch right outside the front door and the nearby rivers Weser, Ochtum and Ollen invite you to take bike tours, walks or inline skating tours. Good location on the Weser bike path. The house is absolutely quiet and offers the perfect place to relax. Our small forest and meadow offer many opportunities for children and adults to play. It is only 3 kilometers to Weserstrand. Distance to Bremen: about 30 km Distance to Oldenburg: about 20 km
