Die Surfkoje42 {Tiny Edition} in Warnemünde ist die kleine Schwester der großen Surfkoje, die seit über 2 Jahren Gäste aus ganz Europa ostseeglücklich macht. In 3-5 Minuten bist du auch von hier zu Fuß am Strand, am Supermarkt oder im Park. Rostock ist nur wenige Km entfernt. Dieses kleine Raumwunder {genau hinter unserem Surfshop} ist liebevoll und urindividuell eingerichtet und bietet Platz für 2 Erwachsene sowie 2 kleine Kinder {1 Familienbett 180x200 und 1 Ausziehbett 70x160}.

Ahoy in my quiet yet centrally located Baltic Sea oasis! A few minutes from the famous promenade "Am alten Strom" and approx. 10 minutes' walk from the beach, my little maritime furnished apartment awaits you. If you are looking for peace and still need variety, you can draw from the full range: whether a boat tour, fish restaurant or strolling through maritime shops... The highlight is the beach chair by the sea, which is available to all guests free of charge (May - Sep).

-Winterpause vom 22.Dezember 25-5.April 26- Das "Kontor" ist ein großzügiges, herrschaftliches Apartment mit marodem Charm für 2 Personen das sich im rechten Flügel, im Erdgeschoß des Hauses befindet. Ich habe das Gutshaus in Kobrow im Jahr 2011 unter dem Aspekt erworben, ein kleines Stück Kulturgut unseres Landes zu beleben und dadurch auch zu erhalten. Mittlerweile gibt es im Haus 3 weitere Apartments für Gäste. (gerne auch unsere anderen Angebote bei Airbnb anschauen)

Our beautiful apartment is a separate small apartment in our house. You have your own apartment entrance here and are therefore completely independent. When furnishing, we proceeded individually and with high quality and used little off the shelf. Free Wi-Fi, SmartTV and modern fitted kitchen are available if you don't want to go to the nearby city, the city harbor or the beach. The apartment has great transport links and is still very quietly situated.
