Fishing boats dock in front of the door on the wharf, and you hear the seagulls – real Baltic Sea feeling. You can also use the roof terrace (from mid-April), which is perfect for a relaxing evening overlooking Wmünde.

Die Surfkoje42 {Tiny Edition} in Warnemünde ist die kleine Schwester der großen Surfkoje, die seit über 2 Jahren Gäste aus ganz Europa ostseeglücklich macht. In 3-5 Minuten bist du auch von hier zu Fuß am Strand, am Supermarkt oder im Park. Rostock ist nur wenige Km entfernt. Dieses kleine Raumwunder {genau hinter unserem Surfshop} ist liebevoll und urindividuell eingerichtet und bietet Platz für 2 Erwachsene sowie 2 kleine Kinder {1 Familienbett 180x200 und 1 Ausziehbett 70x160}.

Market and church, restaurants, cafes, shopping are in the immediate vicinity. Stable Wi-Fi (100 MB upload) Dogs are welcome, please ask for a surcharge. Private stays can be booked from 30 days, professional stays from 3 days (seminars, work, training, colleague meetings, professional interns, trainees, students...).

Small, cozy, practical, perfectly located apartment in Warnemünde! Flooded with light, in the attic, looking forward to friends of the Baltic Sea - which is only 70 m away - but still only 4 minutes to the church square, the heart of Warnemünde. Since the couch is also available as a sleeping place, up to 4 people can stay there - but it is optimal for 2 people. For children, I am happy to provide a bed and chair upon request. Dogs are always welcome with me!
