Die Wohnung ist hell und modern eingerichtet, hat Küche, Duschbad, SZ mit Doppelbett (1,80x2,00m) Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch und ein WZ mit Esstisch und Schlafcouch (1,40x2,00m). Ein 2. Ausgang in den Garten bietet ein lauschiges Plätzchen zum Durchatmen.

Our holiday apartment is located in the house "Ostseekino Kühlungsborn". The accommodation is approx. 40 sqm. They have separate entrance, terrace and outdoor fireplace. For our guests we give 2 visits to the Baltic Sea cinema. A parking space is also provided. The apartment also has Wi-Fi and consists of 2 living rooms and bathroom with bathtub. Distances: - approx. 150 meters as the crow flies to the beach -ca. 60 meters to the supermarket/bakery - approx. 10 minutes to train station

The 35m2 apartment is only about 700 m away from the fine sandy beach. The Baltic Sea resort of Graal Müritz is a very quiet resort directly on the Baltic Sea. The beach, restaurant and shops are easily accessible by foot. The apartment has a kitchen, a well-maintained bathroom and an entire living and sleeping room. There are 2 + 1 sleeping options available. Consisting of a double bed and a pull-out couch for max 1 infant. We also provide you with a travel cot on request.

Ich habe das Gutshaus in Kobrow im Jahr 2011 unter dem Aspekt erworben, ein kleines Stück Kulturgut unseres Landes zu beleben und dadurch auch zu erhalten. Flooded with light, in the attic, it is looking forward to friends of the Baltic Sea - which is only 70 m away - but still only 4 minutes to the church square, the heart of Warnemünde. Since the couch is also available as a sleeping place, up to 4 people can stay there - but it is optimal for 2 people. For children, I am happy to provide a bed and chair on request. Dogs are always welcome at my place!
