Our apartment in a historic watermill is particularly suitable as a starting point for hiking and other activities in the untouched nature of the Thuringian Forest. With a successful combination of rustic ambiance and modern comfort, we offer you the perfect place to relax for restful days and nights. The apartment is located in Georgenthal/OT Herrenhof and was recently converted and renovated. There is a kitchen-diner, living room, bedroom and bathroom.

The property is located in the heart of Erfurt. Located directly behind the town hall on the water. It is a very quiet but very central, high-quality furnished and renovated accommodation. It is only 200 m to the tram at the fish market. Everything your heart desires is in the immediate vicinity. The amenities are of high quality! A beautiful terrace completes the whole thing. The listed and traffic-calmed city center offers no or paid parking.

The house is modern and the garden offers plenty of space for free development. Perfect for winter sports in and around Oberhof in the winter months, and great for hiking, cycling and sightseeing in and around the Thuringian Forest and much more in the rest of the year. In the immediate vicinity is the swimming lake at the leisure center, but Lake Werra is also just a short walk away. On the way there is an EDEKA supermarket. And the city center of Eschwege can also be reached in 25 minutes on foot. Around Grebendorf there are a number of hiking and cycling trails.

At the foot of the Frauenberg, directly on the Fulda river, we rent a holiday apartment in our historic watermill, renovated in 2021, with up to four sleeping options in two separate bedrooms. Located on the outskirts of Fuldas, the city center can be reached on foot (about 20 minutes) or by bike. Our large yard also offers free parking. Shopping can be reached in two minutes on foot. Two lively, friendly dogs live on the farm.

Both cities can be reached in a 30-minute drive. Bikers are also welcome. There is ample space for horses or motorcycles/bicycles.
