The chalet, newly built in 2022 from wood with approx. 100 sqm of living space on 2 levels (first floor & attic), founded on the sandstone foundation of a former farmhouse with adjoining barn, 3 parking spaces and an approx. 70 sqm wrap-around terrace, is second to none. An unobstructed view of nature at the upper edge of the village of Gersfeld OT Sandberg on a south slope at about 600 m above sea level invites you to linger. Whether spring, summer, fall or winter, it can accommodate up to 8 discerning guests.

The cozy house with a wood-burning fireplace, Finnish sauna and a bedroom with a hot tub is perfect for a romantic time for two, but with 100 square meters also offers enough space for families with children or a meeting with friends. The house is located on the outskirts of Bad Tabarz in a quiet location, close to the forest. The house has a garden with terrace and small pool (diameter 5 m, 1.20 m deep). The pool is not heated, so it is the perfect way to cool off after the sauna or sunbathing.

There is also a large garden, parking in front of the house and more in the immediate vicinity. Die Exklusive Ausstattung mit hochwertigen Materialien und der freie Blick auf die drei Gleichen ist einzigartig.Ihr könnt von hier aus zum Waldhaus laufen in 15 Minuten. Dort fährt ein Bus bis nach Erfurt. Fahrrad/Wandertouren sind vor Ort möglich. Ab Januar 26 wird es eine Fasssauna für bis zu 6 Personen geben.

The house is modern and the garden offers plenty of space for free development. Perfect for winter sports in and around Oberhof in the winter months, and great for hiking, cycling and sightseeing in and around the Thuringian Forest and much more in the rest of the year. The sauna and hot tub need preparation. If you want to use it, please let us know after booking. We also have a pool that you are welcome to use in the summer by arrangement.

Relax in my cozy tiny house and enjoy a few quiet days in the Rhön. The tiny house has a bathroom with shower and toilet, a fully equipped kitchenette and a dining, living and sleeping area (to climb via a ladder). (Satellite TV, no smart TV) From the tiny house and on the terrace in front of it, you have a wonderful view of nature. There is another tiny house and two holiday apartments on our property.
