In the state-recognized resort town of Zella-Mehlis, we have developed a cozy apartment with a lot of love under the newly insulated roof of the "Villa Anschütz". The villa was built in 1911 by the founder company of the world-famous anchor sports weapons. Beautifully located apartment right on the water. Our lovingly furnished apartment is located on the ground floor of a half-timbered house in Guxhagen, which was renovated in 2017. The house has a plot on the Fulda with a jetty, which is located opposite the house, on the other side of the R1 cycle path. Before the construction of the Fulda bridge, our house was the old ferry house of Guxhagen. Boats and bikes are available to our guests.

The annex was completely expanded in 2019. It has become a real gem and we are pleased to offer this modern guest apartment in a prime location. In the immediate vicinity is the swimming lake at the leisure center, but Lake Werra is also just a short walk away. On the way there is an EDEKA supermarket. And the city center of Eschwege can also be reached in 25 minutes on foot. Around Grebendorf there are a number of hiking and cycling trails.

At the foot of the Frauenberg, directly on the Fulda river, we rent a holiday apartment in our historic watermill, renovated in 2021, with up to four sleeping options in two separate bedrooms. Located on the outskirts of Fuldas, the city center can be reached on foot (about 20 minutes) or by bike. Our large yard also offers free parking. Shopping can be reached in two minutes on foot. Two lively, friendly dogs live on the farm.

In the bathroom there is a bathtub with shower partition. The apartment is in my mom's house She handles the handover of keys and shows you where everything is located. When booking with a dog, an additional €5 per animal per night applies.
