A total of 70 square meters lovingly and modernly furnished! Very central, quiet location in Untersiemau, exactly between the basket maker town of Lichtenfels, the fortress town of Coburg and the world heritage city of Bamberg!

Pure nature enjoyment at the edge of the forest! A fantastic place to recharge and rest, but there are also no limits to many sporting activities. The property is located a little off the beaten track at the end of the village. In the immediate vicinity there are climbing rocks, hiking trails and a river for kayaking. Cyclists and motorcyclists will also get their money's worth. All over the property there are 2 vacation homes with private, separate outdoor areas. Free parking at the house.

Ein Zimmer mit Küchenecke, ein Holzofen für den Winter, ein gutes Bett, ein kleines Bad, eine große Terrasse und Blick über Obstgärten zum Wald hinüber... Die Fränkische Schweiz und unser Kleinziegenfelder Tal ist eine wunderbare Gegend für ausgedehnte Wanderungen. Aber man muss gar nicht weit weg: Direkt vorm Haus blüht und gedeiht es und alle möglichen Früchte und Beeren laden zum Naschen ein.

The Stöckelkeller is the former inn in the village of Unternschreez near Bayreuth. By car, the university is 10 minutes away, the city center is 15 minutes away and the Festspielhaus is 20 minutes away. You will stay on 29 square meters (13 square meters of living & cooking; 11 square meters of sleeping; 5 square meters of bathroom) in modern, friendly rooms. We have equipped the apartment the way we like it when we travel. The house is right next to the small Margrave's Palace Schreez.
