By car, the university is 10 minutes away, the city center is 15 minutes away and the Festspielhaus is 20 minutes away. You will stay on 29 square meters (13 square meters of living & cooking; 11 square meters of sleeping; 5 square meters of bathroom) in modern, friendly rooms. We have equipped the apartment the way we like it when we travel. The house is right next to the small Margrave's Palace Schreez.

In der Engelschanze befinden sich 2 separate Wohnungen, die aber auch als Einheit für 8-10 Personen gebucht werden können. Der große Garten kann von allen Gästen genutzt werden. Er erstreckt sich über den angrenzenden Wald, in dem sich auch eine Hängematte zur allgemeinen Nutzung befindet. Zu jeder Wohnung gehört eine eigene separate Terasse mit Ausblick.

Beautifully located right on the edge of the forest, ideal for those seeking peace and quiet. Zückshut, a small place, is in the immediate vicinity of the World Heritage Site of Bamberg. The Obermain thermal baths, Vierzehnheiligen and Banz Monastery are in approx. 15 minutes by car. Climbing enthusiasts also have Franconian Switzerland close by. In just a few minutes on the A73 and at the A70/A73 interchange. For final cleaning, a one-time fee of €30 will be charged.

Modern, newly renovated, quiet and fully equipped one bedroom apartment in a very good location. In addition, I offer two bikes that can be used free of charge by you. The bathroom is large and the kitchenette is separated from the sleeping area. By foot it is only about 15 minutes to the old town, you walk along the river. There is free parking. In the fully equipped kitchenette, there are two plates, as well as a microwave with baking function.

The building's exterior facade is currently uncleaned. We apologize for this.

Our second floor flat is perfectly located in the quiet 'Wunderburg' district of Bamberg which is about 10-15 mins walk to the old town. 5 mins away are two of Bamberg's best known breweries, Keesmann and Mähr. Both offer a wonderful collection of beers and local food . Booking is highly recommended. Here you will also find a Rewe supermarket with a baker. The main train station is approx. 15 mins walk.
