The old mill tower is located in a quiet single-family home settlement right in the heart of the Wesermarsch. On the four lovingly renovated floors (approx. 100 square meters) with old wooden beams there is a fully equipped kitchen and a small toilet, living area with sofa bed for two, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a separate bed and a bedroom. In the garden there are two terraces with seating, including by the water of a pond. There is a children's playground directly across the street. Guest Wi-Fi available!

Ihr wohnt nicht nur auf dem Hof, sondern direkt im Herzstück des Geschehens. Genießt das authentische Landleben. Die Nordsee ist nur wenige Kilometer entfernt und ist über schöne Radwege zu erreichen. Hier lebt ihr auf dem Hof mit Pferden, Kühen, Hunden, Hühnern, Gänsen und uns 2 Menschen :)

Welcome to the North Sea! Our fantastic house is located in a quiet residential area and is only 7 minutes by car from the sea. In just a 3-minute walk, there is a bus stop with direct connection to the lively stormy coast, as well as to the city center. You can also easily walk to a supermarket (Netto). You can also be in the middle of the city in about 5 minutes by bike to the middle of the city center. The apartment is newly renovated and lovingly furnished.

Get on your bike and start beautiful tours to Bad Zwischenahn, Rastede and Oldenburg from here. In 20 minutes, you can also reach the North Sea coast by car. We want you to relax, with good books, in a quiet but cozy environment, with only greenery and tranquility in front of the windows.

Ein eigenes elektrisches Tor führt auf das Grundstück. Auf dem Gelände sind viele Winkel und kleine Hütten zu entdecken. Sollte es einmal kühler werden, dann könnt ihr gemütlich im Garten ein Korbfeuer anzünden oder den Ofen im Wohnzimmer.

Means that you will not find a classic apartment, but a private accommodation. Which of course is a jackpot because you have all kinds of amenities. From fully automatic coffee to a Wii U, it has it all. If you want to unlock more levels, you are welcome. ;-)

Dear vacationers, I rent a lovingly furnished 50 square meter apartment for up to 2 adults + 2 children + 1 -2 dogs in a romantic Wurten village on the North Sea. Our village is a small round village with 15 houses and is nestled between meadows and fields. Your dog is also a welcome guest and has enough space to let off steam. The garden belonging to the apartment is completely fenced.
