Great Stay in the Heart of Austin! Me and my family recently stayed at this Airbnb for a quick 2-day trip to Austin and had a pleasant experience. The property was exactly as described—clean, spacious , equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was cozy, the AC worked great and there were plenty of nice touches fast Wi-Fi, and easy self check-in. The location was perfect—close to downtown, with good restaurants, bars and grocery stores which made exploring Austin super convenient. Our host (Micheal) was responsive, friendly, and gave some great local recommendations, which really made the experience feel personal and welcoming. Overall, this was a wonderful base for a short Austin getaway.

Great condo! Clean and tidy. Comfy bed. Close location to Seton Medical Center. Many restaurants, bars, and coffee houses in the area. Would highly recommend.

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The place was spotless—super clean and well-maintained, which made it feel really comfortable and welcoming. One of the best parts was how easy it was to access—being on the first floor made coming and going a breeze. Everything was just as described, and I’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Amazing apartment for a stay in Austin. Lots of space and everything was done so nicely. Left a really helpful sheet of recommendations also. Easy to walk to main Soco street with really good food and shopping options. The bus runs straight into town from here also. Would recommend to anyone!

Overall, this apartment worked great for my boyfriend and me. The location is walking distance to Barton Springs, had a spacious layout, and the aesthetic was fresh and inviting.

Had a great time here, the area was peaceful and the on-site parking was specially useful as a car is a must in Austin. Tobin is responsive and was able to fix any issues quickly, as well as giving useful recommendations.

Sonia’s place was absolutely amazing, honestly, even more beautiful in person. The moment you walk in, it smells great and feels so cozy, perfect for two people. Everything was super clean and well taken care of. Sonia was incredibly kind and let my mom and I check in early, plus she was super responsive and friendly throughout our stay. The location was perfect, such a beautiful area and super close to everything. Our Ubers to downtown were only $5–$7! Definitely planning to stay here again next time we’re in Austin. 100/100, thank you for such a wonderful stay! 🥰

Not the first time staying at the property, had a great time as before. place was super clean which is unusual for AIRBNB's and that area is great.

Lucas and Nickol were by far the most responsive and proactive hosts I've ever dealt with. Consistent communication, checking in often, and extremely flexible. Wish more hosts were like this! The house itself is beautiful and a perfect getaway if you're looking for privacy. Thank you again!

If you're traveling to the Austin area, I HIGHLY recommend booking this AirBnB! It is so conveniently located (less than a 10 minute drive to downtown, or you could take a Lime scooter!) while also being away from the hustle and bustle. Lauren also goes above and beyond and provides a doc full of recommendation of things to do and places to eat which was so helpful!! Definitely one of the best AirBnBs I've stayed at in recent memory. Highly recommend!

Had a lovely stay at Ken and Paola's place. The home had everything we needed for a family of 5 to stay and enjoy Austin and the location suited us perfectly. We're in Austin quite frequently and will definitely stay again!

The Bungalow was super cute! Very well kept, clean when we arrived, loved the decor, and had lots of amenities for how small it was. It had everything we needed for our week-long trip to ATX. Erin and company were extremely responsive via the Airbnb chat.

We had a wonderful stay at Carol’s Plum Cottage :) It was cozy and she was able to provide all the amenities we needed for our baby to comfortably stay there as well. Very conveniently located and easy to get to from the airport. Carol was very friendly and responsive- we would absolutely recommend this place to a friend or stay again ourselves.

Our stay was fun and easy! Khani's place was just as pictured online and her response time to any inquiries was quick; she answered all our questions in advance and made sure we had everything we needed upon check-in. We were in Austin to visit family and the location was perfect for us. Easy to get to a lot of conveniences. The Taco and Thai food trucks on the corner were delicious if your into food trucks. We enjoyed the breakfast tacos the most. The first and only rental in Austin where I didn't need a sleeping mask at night because the window coverings are great. Seems strange to mention, but it's been hard to find. We will definitely stay here again, as we come to Austin multiple times during a year.

I enjoyed my stay in Lucy’s place; it was well-stocked with necessary items to use during the stay. She was very responsive and proactive in figuring out a solution anything that needed attention. We were looking for a spot just outside of Austin and this was exceptional. The price was fantastic, the spot was spacious and clean, the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, and most importantly it was only 15 minutes from downtown Austin. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Cannon’s place. The location is fantastic with easy and quick access to Barton Springs pool and trails. The studio has all the necessary amenities, is quiet and secure , and has a convenient local store next door. Perfect for a long weekend. Would book again.

The Villa and the facility were very nice and comfortable. The choice of nearby restaurants and markets is sparse to say the least. The onsite Island Grill is only open from Thursday afternoon -Sunday afternoon. Also, if you're hoping for a nearby upscale eatery, don't bother, it's not there. That said, we had a lovely time. Boat rentals are close. Drive slowly near the facility surroundings. Deer are everywhere in the afternoons and evening.
