The in-law is located in Kellinghusen in the immediate vicinity of the Stör and the Aukrug Nature Park. The scenic surroundings in and around Kellinghusen offers many possibilities for outdoor activities, e.g. for canoe tours and excursions by bike. The outdoor swimming pool of Kellinghusen is right near. The train station from Wrist with train connections to Hamburg, Kiel, Neumünster, Pinneberg and Elmshorn is only 5 km away.

Located at the narrowest point in Germany, this gem, a 180-year-old, thatched Geestlanghaus, is in a quiet secluded location with free parking, 10 minutes from the A7. The large, cozy apartment is on the upper floor of our house, a 120-year-old thatched, former agricultural building. Here, peace and quiet are guaranteed, as the house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac.

In our lovingly and romantically designed thatched cottage, directly on the Kiel Canal, there is a 100 sqm apartment with 3 rooms for max. 6 guests. The apartment is on the 1st floor with separate entrance and has 1 living room (with a sofa bed for 2 people), 2 bedrooms, a travel bed for toddlers, kitchen, shower room and parking space.

Handewitt Vacation Rental

We only rent the apartment on the upper floor of our house. A staircase leads to the separate entrance to the upper floor of our house, where you will find a large combined living and dining area, a separate bedroom and a bathroom with toilet and shower. The size of the apartment is about 50 square meters.
