Welcome to my personal dream home. The former barn, converted into a residential building, offers a quiet, unique accommodation in the heart of Loga. Personal details tell the story of this house with special charm. The quiet, spacious garden invites you to relax. Centrally located between Evenburg and Phillipsburg castles, the apartment offers great cycling and hiking trails & shopping facilities within walking distance. The center of Leeran is about 1.5 km away.

The townhouse "Thea" convinces with cozy retreat corners, e.g. the sleeping area overlooking the sky, the light-flooded reading & relaxation room with a small yoga & meditation corner or the outdoor bed. Dogs are very welcome, for them there is a fenced garden, a cuddly cave and bowls. I myself loved to live here and enjoy all weather conditions from the sleeping area, listen to the birds in the outdoor bed or read on the sofa cuddled with a tea.

Relax in this special and quiet accommodation. The house is idyllic, but you can still reach shops and the medical center in the village by car in a few minutes. Bike tours and hikes are just fun here, bathing lakes are nearby. The surrounding restaurants are highly recommended. Dogs are welcome (not in the beds) if they are calm and non-aggressive (please no puppies). We have three very agreeable and lovely female dogs of our own.

The listed house was extensively renovated in 2020/21 with a lot of love. The tastefully furnished house has lost none of its charm and originality. Witnesses to its old age are the original parquet and plank floors in the living rooms and bedrooms and terrazzo floors in the kitchen. The house is very carefully furnished with beautiful softwood antiques. In sunshine, life takes place outside on the terrace in the enclosed garden.

It is reminiscent of a vacation in Sweden… to top off this flair, you can relax in the in-house sauna and forget the stress of everyday life. We live together with two dogs in a secluded location on the edge of a small forest. Ideal for cycling enthusiasts. From here you can start great tours through the Ammerland! Time out in the countryside

This quaint apartment invites you to relax and enjoy. In the middle of the countryside next to a cow meadow is the best place to relax. The area can be explored on foot or by bike. On cold days, you can make yourself wonderfully comfortable in front of the pellet stove. The cities of Leer and Papenburg are in the area and invite you to stroll, shop or visit a restaurant.

The apartment is located in the idyllic district of Nüttermoor. It is about 5 km to the city center of Leeran. The apartment is modernly decorated and offers everything you need for a nice time in East Frisia.
