You'll love my place because of the central location to the town center, the water (Bodden 200 m, Baltic Sea 5 km) , the beautiful bike routes through the Darßwald to the beach, the idyllic places on the Darß, such as Ahrenshoop, Prerow, Born, the wonderful restaurants all around and the tranquility afterwards - in the in-house garden with barbecue area. My place is nice for couples and families. It offers both the opportunity to completely relax, but also for many activities.

-Winterpause vom 22.Dezember 25-5.April 26- Das "Kontor" ist ein großzügiges, herrschaftliches Apartment mit marodem Charm für 2 Personen das sich im rechten Flügel, im Erdgeschoß des Hauses befindet. Ich habe das Gutshaus in Kobrow im Jahr 2011 unter dem Aspekt erworben, ein kleines Stück Kulturgut unseres Landes zu beleben und dadurch auch zu erhalten. Mittlerweile gibt es im Haus 3 weitere Apartments für Gäste. (gerne auch unsere anderen Angebote bei Airbnb anschauen)

Vacation in an old captain's house: built over two hundred years ago, you go right behind the typical Darß door up to the newly renovated apartment under the roof with wonderful views directly of the Bodden. The house is located on the Bliesenrade peninsula between Wieck & Born, away from the hustle and bustle of tourists and yet close to the white sandy beaches and spas. On our farm you can sit in the beach chair and enjoy the view, row, bathe, barbecue, – just enjoy.

The manor house offers an unforgettable stay with its charming apartments and lovingly designed representative rooms. Enjoy your stay in the lovingly furnished and spacious Georg suite. The suite, named after the last landlord, has two bedrooms, a large kitchen-living room and a bathroom with shower and freestanding bathtub, all with its 85 m². From here you can let your gaze wander over the entire estate.

My place is right behind the dune of the Baltic Sea beach of Juliusruh. You'll love my place because of the proximity to the beach, the sea view from the balcony, Wi-Fi, sauna, washing machine and dryer in the house. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families and furry friends (dogs) are also welcome.
