Und die Erwachsenen können sich entspannen - mit gutem Kaffee, den neuesten Büchern, in einer muckeligen Umgebung. Vor der Tür das Weltnaturerbe Wattenmeer; innen Holzdielen, ein Ofen, Designklassiker und ein reduzierter nordischer Stil.

Surrounded by pastures with grazing cows, our 2018 renovated holiday home is located in the middle of the countryside, which used to be a small farm. The North Sea dike of the southern Jade bus is a 2km away. The idyllically located house is also ideal for a multi-generational vacation, for 2 friendly families or even for a holiday with friends. The large garden with adjoining sunbathing lawn and play equipment is fenced in and therefore suitable for small children and four-legged friends.

Time out in the historic district

You will sleep in the beautiful historic Bant in a shipyard, built in 1876. The neighborhood is centrally located and yet very quiet. The sea and the city center are close by and can be reached both on foot and by bike in a short time, (beach promenade about 3 km, Train station and pedestrian zone about 2 km). What to expect: A cozy house just for you alone with a private courtyard garden and a bicycle shed if your bike comes along. Parking at the front door. Be welcome :)

Quiet house right in Wulsdorf

Unser gemütliches Ferienhaus steht im Süden von Bremerhaven (120 qm plus Wintergarten). Fußläufig ist ein Netto erreichbar. Zur nächsten Bushaltestelle läuft man nur eine Minute, zum Wulsdorfer Bahnhof 5 Min zu Fuß. In der Bremerhavener Innenstadt oder dem Deich ist man innerhalb von 10 Min mit dem Auto. Die Landeshauptstadt Bremen ist mit dem Zug in 45 Min zu erreichen, mit dem Auto sogar noch schneller. Die Nordseestrände sind in max 30 Min zu erreichen.

The house has no direct neighbors, so nice evenings in the securely fenced garden are guaranteed. Children and dogs can play in peace.

Our house is located on the border of Bremen North in the village of Werschenrege. Surrounded by meadows, horse paddocks and forests, you can enjoy nature there. At the same time, you can also reach the city center of Bremen in 20 minutes by car. The house (85 sqm of living space on 2 levels with Wi-Fi connection) can accommodate up to 6 people and is also ideal for young families (children's travel cot, high chair, stair gate, handcart for 2 toddlers available). A guest fee is charged for the Wurster North Sea coast. This fee is NOT included in our prices, but must be collected by us through Airbnb and paid to the municipality.
