Sie liegt im Obergeschoss eines Einfamilienhauses in einer ruhigen Wohngegend – ideal für Paare, Familien, Urlauber und Monteure (Langzeitaufenthalte möglich). Über eine Wendeltreppe erreichen Sie Ihre Unterkunft mit voll ausgestatteter Küche, kostenlosem WLAN und zwei bequemen Einzelbetten. Beliebte Ziele wie der Südstrand (9 km), Hooksiel (12 km) und Schillig (20 km) sind schnell erreichbar.

The apartment (55 sqm) is on the first floor (bathroom, kitchen & conservatory) and second floor (bedroom and living/bedroom) with private access. For layout, see floor plan. The apartment has a large, quiet garden which can of course be shared. A parking space is located on the property in front of the garage. Very centrally located, pedestrian zone, restaurants, shops in the immediate vicinity.

Time out in the historic district

You will sleep in the beautiful historic Bant in a shipyard, built in 1876. The neighborhood is centrally located and yet very quiet. The sea and the city center are close by and can be reached both on foot and by bike in a short time, (beach promenade about 3 km, Train station and pedestrian zone about 2 km). What to expect: A cozy house just for you alone with a private courtyard garden and a bicycle shed if your bike comes along. Parking at the front door. Be welcome :)

It is perfect for a great stay with family and friends.

The Donnerschwee farm, first mentioned in 1937 and later built, is located in the northeast of the city of Oldenburg and was the first settlement house on the square. The Donnerschwee district emerged from an old farming village, which presumably existed since the 9th century. The surroundings impress with their proximity to the Donnerschwee meadows and their beautiful cycling and walking paths. Nevertheless, everyday necessities are within a few minutes' walk or on foot.
