this place was just perfect for spending time in the city. The folks were fabulous and so quick to respond and help. Hope to stay there again

Jeff's place was perfect for a week long stay, I felt very much at home. Location is convenient to downtown. Very clean, the bed and couch were super comfy, had a kitchen stocked enough to cook daily, and included lots of extra towels, blankets and laundry and bathroom supplies. Host was very responsive and I'd book again anytime.

Stayed here for work, great location near many grocery stores and lots to do. Always easy to find parking on the street. For people not from Windsor, sandwich can seem a little rough but it’s 100% safe. Police station is a 2 minute walk from the house. I worked 12-16 hour days always coming home late at night and I never had any incidents. Neighbourhood is nice and quiet. Shiyun always comes by to clean out the trash/bathroom throughout the week and is very responsive for any questions or concerns. For the price it’s very good, everything matched the photos, bed was comfortable, shower works great. 5 stars ⭐️

Nice central location with easy street parking. A quick walk to DIA; we drove everywhere else. Space was bigger than we expected from the photos. Great kitchen!

A great location in a revitalizing neighborhood in midtown. Coffee and food options within a couple of blocks, on a street with a bike lane for easy riding to downtown and other hotspots.

Our stay in the Navy Yard Condo B was great in every respect. The beds and bedrooms were comfortable, the kitchen was easy to navigate and very well equipped, and the sitting room had nice comfortable furniture. From there and the balcony we enjoyed a great view of the lovely street and river. We parked right beside the Salty Dog restaurant both nights. We walked to No Frills, to the beer store and to dinner one night. The location was perfect. The condo was halfway between our visits to Windsor and to the wineries! Jason was a responsive and attentive host. We'll be back for sure!

It was a tremendous weekend. Sam was a tremendous host and I do not regret anything from the trip. He communicates and very dependable.

We had a wonderful stay for the Detroit Grand Prix. House had lots of supplies and was very well looked after. Check in was very easy as well. Some Nice restaurants very close as well

Frances was a great host. She kept the place spotless for us and had no problem with our late check in. She was quick to respond and very friendly. Would stay there again if I was back in the area.

I had a wonderful stay at Joeleo’s place! The apartment was clean and the location was peaceful for studying and leisure. I am a student and the atmosphere made studying easier. Joeleo was incredibly responsive, accommodating, and helpful throughout my stay. The communication was smooth and prompt which made the booking process hassle-free. I especially appreciated Joeleo going above and beyond during my long term stay. Highly recommend staying here!

Love the place and host!!

My stay was great! I can’t complain the only thing was the fridge wasn’t getting cold but other than that we had an amazing stay. The neighbor hood was quiet, the owner checked in through text messages and made sure our stay was great. I definitely recommend this if you want a specious place that’s close to downtown.

Auntie Blondie (as she told me to call her) was an awesome host. She was very thorough giving me a tour of the property and was a phone call away when I needed anything. I was a bit curious with the host meeting us to transfer keys however it is because of the security with the building. Host was extremely friendly and welcoming checking us in and giving recommendations. The condo was fantastic. Extremely convenient access to the people mover and very comfortable. One of my favorite Detroit stays so far!

Amazing views and cool downtown location! Excellent communication from the hosts and located conveniently just a few blocks down from downtown restaurants and coffee shops. Would definitely stay here again!
