Everything was as described. Check-in was smooth with a key box. We were even able to check in a little earlier by arrangement. Everything was very clean and the location was perfect (right on the promenade) We actually only missed the toaster in the kitchen, and for me and my wife the bed was too hard. We'd love to come back. We had a lovely time.

It was a lovely stay in a lovely surrounding with a lovely host and a lovely cleaner. I enjoyed the very pleasant atmosphere on the ground - it is a great mixture of elderly and younger people - of camper and tent vacationer. It has a cute cooking corner and a decent toilet and shower room - very clean every time I got there. It‘s also great that the Baltic Sea is in within walking distance (a few minutes away) and you can explore the surrounding area by bike (there are very good cycle paths). I can only recommend this place and I look forward to coming back. 🌺

We spent a weekend in the apartment, it was a really nice time. We had all we needed for us and for our dog. The beach, the market and restaurants were close by. The communication with Milena was easy and she answered fast. The apartment is new and really good maintained. We recommend it 100%

I had an amazing stay at this beautiful house! The location couldn't have been better—just a short walk to the beach, so we could enjoy the sand and sea whenever we wanted. The house is nestled in a gorgeous garden surrounded by lush greenery and tall trees, creating a peaceful and private atmosphere. It felt like a true retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The space itself was cozy, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Beautiful cabin, perfectly clean, greatest hospitality, equiped with everything we needed, our dogs loved the large garden and the dog beach, which is 3 minutes walk, other nice beaches around. Many tips for our daily activities. We also enjoyed local restaurants with delishious fish meals. Absolutely recomend.

We stayed a few days for a little break in Pawel's apartment. The apartment is super nice, tidy and clean. It's all exactly as described and as shown in the pictures. On the roof terrace you can look wonderfully over the sea and have a great view of the sunsets. It is a very quiet area but a very nice complex. It is not far to the beach and the nearest place is also within walking distance. All in all, we felt very comfortable and can only recommend it. We would book the apartment again anytime.

Extremely courteous host, great service. Everything was as promised. The place was clean and modernly furnished. Only the door handle on the front door was very wobbly, which made a bad first impression, but it was not confirmed. Apart from a clogged drain in the shower, everything else was great at the accommodation. The private underground parking space is also very good, and larger vehicles can easily fit in the garage. The location is very quiet, which we knew beforehand. Unfortunately, there is not much to do in the area, which we underestimated a bit. We also assumed that we would be able to rent bicycles on site. Unfortunately, the bike rental that is marked on Google Maps no longer exists and we could not rent bikes in the adjacent hotel, which is a pity. Unfortunately, the "Sand" restaurant on the shelter area was also no longer there. Otherwise, a very nice accommodation in a very quiet environment.

That was already our 5th stay in Kolberg. This apartment, location, surroundings and host was the best of all 5. I would always stay there. Everything was super clean, new, practical and tasteful. Private garage with 2 bikes was perfect. There is nothing negative that I can mention. Pool, sauna, steam bath simply awesome. We will certainly come back. Goodbye!

Had a nice stay at the accommodation. Everything was as described and the host was always quick to reach. The weather was also great, so it was a wonderful vacation. Nearby are many nice restaurants, really only a few meters to the beach which was also ideal if you arrive with a dog. Thanks for the wonderful stay.

The flat is furnished in a super modern style and you feel very comfortable there. There is everything you need for a stay (except for the lack of an oven, which we had overlooked and were quite surprised about). The location is fantastic. It's a 5-minute walk to the beach, really great! Thank you for providing this beautiful flat.

We spent wonderful days there. We will be happy to book accommodation again. However, it was very unfortunate that the beach chair will not be available until the end of May in great weather. And there are no towels in the laundry package for the sauna. An info in this regard would have been great, you just have to pack it. But otherwise, mega view, nice apartment, we felt comfortable.

My two daughters and I had a great time! By the sea - what more could you want:-) Dariusz is a great host: One of my daughters took one of the spa/gym cards by mistake - Dariusz was totally relaxed and said: just send us the card by mail and everything is good! That's what I call a top host!!!!

I was there with my parents and our dog We were very pleased. The lake by pedal boat and jacuzzi in the garden were perfect. It is also ideal for dogs.

Even though the namesake for this apartment is Enrico, you have to deal with Martina in practice. She responded quickly and kindly to all our inquiries. There were three of us and it was important to us to have separate sleeping arrangements. That worked out very well. The apartment is a very lovingly developed attic (1st floor, including Martina and Enrico) with a staircase inside the apartment to the bed upstairs, with plenty of space, a very well equipped kitchen, even with dishwasher. The use of the washing machine was easily possible by prior request, as was drying on the clothes rack. We enjoyed the tranquility of the surroundings at the Zecheriner boat harbor, far away from tourist crowds.

We felt very comfortable right from the beginning. The apartment is well furnished, has a great layout, the bathroom is super modern, the kitchen has everything you could want. Salt in the apartment saved us over Easter, thank you so much for that! In 3 minutes walk you are at the Baltic Sea, really beautiful. We'll be back.

It's a dream come true! The apartment is simply fantastic – super stylishly furnished, with great attention to detail and exactly as in the pictures! The location is perfect - in the center, everything is within walking distance. But the absolute highlight for me was the spa area - simply wow! A place to unwind and enjoy. I felt totally comfortable from the first moment. Communication was great, check-in uncomplicated - I will definitely come back!

We were very warmly welcomed by Ms. Lange and were able to feel right at home after an introduction to the special features of the apartment. It becomes clear that the maintenance and cleanliness of the accommodation are of great importance. The kitchen is really excellently equipped and otherwise everything you could ever need is in the apartment. The location is quiet and you can walk to the beach in no more than two minutes. The train station is also less than a 10-minute walk away and the bus runs in front of the house. There are shops in Ahlbeck - you can get here by bus within a few minutes, or you can walk. The apartment thus proved to be an ideal starting point for our activities. In the apartment, there is also a box available, with all kinds of information and programs, to suggest leisure activities. If we have any questions or “special requests,” the hosts Lange are quickly accessible and extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you!

We liked that we were proactively written to on the day of arrival and departure and received all the necessary information. We also liked the proximity to the center and yet it was very quiet. Really great! The beds were already prepared and there is everything in the apartment you need for self-catering. Even detergent for the washing machine, beach equipment, shower gel dishes, etc. were available. For us with two children, it was very pleasant to be able to spend the days there by the sea.

We felt very comfortable, it was red and very clean, the equipment of the kitchen was very good, everything worked without problems. The view of the sea was a lot of class. The sofa bed was mega cozy. The linens were clean and smelled good We will definitely come back. Thanks to Sun & Snow

We had a wonderful stay in Johannes's beautiful apartment in the quiet and tranquil Loddin on Usedom! The top furnished new building exudes a homely, warm atmosphere in which we (two adults, two children) felt at home from the beginning. Especially the spacious living and dining area is the center of the apartment – perfect for relaxing and being together. The two modern full baths are ideal, especially for families, and have made our stay extra comfortable. The kitchen is also superbly equipped – there is really nothing missing that you need to cook or enjoy. Everything is high quality and tastefully decorated, just as promised in the description. The communication with Johannes was always quick, straightforward and very appreciative – a real plus! We loved it and will definitely be back. A clear recommendation to those looking for a nice stay on Usedom!

Great spacious space with extensive amenities and in the perfect location. We felt completely comfortable:) Communication with the landlady was super easy and our questions (sorry) were always all answered quickly. The beds were cuddly comfortable, the bathrooms tiptop clean and the sauna was a highlight. The kitchen had everything we needed from the egg cup to the coffee maker. 2 minutes to the beach and a short walk to the nearest pier with restaurants, ice cream shops and small shops. Parking in the underground car park was ideal and the elevator took all the suitcases and bag to the first floor without any problems. Would book the apartment again anytime.
