as described already a perfect stay for those who seek to visit Chester and surrounding. apartment is just around heart of the chester. walkable to almost all heritage and market great stay and will stay and recommend in future. Stephen and ShukTing always responsive. apartment was clean and tidy. great place to stay.

We were attending a local wedding and Sue’s place was just perfect! It’s amazingly presented, spotlessly clean and the breakfast provisions, chocolates & lollies etc were all just unexpected bonuses. Sue was very helpful and friendly. If we return again we’ll definitely stay there again.

Lovely little place in a great location for the forest concerts. The place was as described with everything we needed in the grounds of a beautiful home. Comfy bed. Sarah responded promptly when asking questions and check in and out was smooth

Great place to stay whilst exploring Chester and surrounding areas . Cameron was great with communication and with ease of instruction to enter the property. Easily walkable into town and a supermarket 4 mins away on foot . Will definitely stay in the apartment again if visiting the area again .

Grace and Daniel are outstanding hosts. They were extremely accomodating to any needs I had during my stay and are very friendly. It’s very easy to get into the city centre as public transport is right nearby and there’s also plenty of shops within walking distance. I would absolutely stay here again if in Manchester!

Excellent place to stay, great location , friendly host

Perfect location for exploring the area. It is also within walking distance (less then 2 minutes) from the town centre where there are plenty of pubs and restaurants. The apartment overlooks a beautiful park and you'll get visited by the ducks in the morning. The got tub is a very welcome extra after a long day. The hosts are fantastic, easy to contact, any questions are answered quickly, comprehensive instructions and very friendly. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you'll need. Great value for money. We will be back

The property is beautiful and exquisite in design. Large TV’s in every room and all mod-cons. There is plenty of space for 4 adults to move around. There are also plenty of little extras in the kitchen like condiments and spices, tea, coffee etc. There is a large gas BBQ that we used and a fire pit in the centre of a large table. Fortunately one of us thought to bring wood as there wasn’t any provided and it’s such a lovely feature to have a blazing fire late at night whilst drinking & having good conversation. Maybe it’s an idea for the host Ash to either provide wood or to make note on the booking that guests are to provide their own. The pub next door is also really nice. I honestly didn’t want to leave and would say that a one night stay is not enough. My only negative would be that as check-in is not until 4pm & check-out is 10am that when you consider maybe 7 hours sleep you’re not actaully getting much time to enjoy the place especially if like us you go out for a few hours.

We loved the farmhouse, it was very spacious, the facilities were excellent, the hot tub was fab! Lovely garden with plenty of shade (were lucky with a hot weather weekend!) . Very good location for visiting Chester / Blue Planet Aquarium etc. We had local family joining us for a buffet lunch one day and there was plenty of crockery/ cutlery/ serving dishes etc. Ben was swift to respond to/sort out a couple of minor issues, and was very helpful. We would definitely like to come and stay again! Thank you!

Stayed here whilst visiting my daughter at university. Was a great location to explore Chester! Loved the size of the garden although it wasn’t as private as the photos made out. The bed in the main bedroom had the best mattress I have ever slept on! We enjoyed are stay and loved the photos of the dog on the wall 🐾

We had a wonderful stay at Katie's beautifully decorated home. The house is quiet and within walking distance to Ormskirk. We enjoyed exploring the local areas around the home too. Katie's communication was faultless and she had thought of everything to make us feel at home. Thank you!

Fabulous 2 night, weekend stay for 5 adults. Location was perfect for Chester city centre and racecourse. We parked 2 cars in the drive and 1 in front of the drive. Downstairs space was very large, plenty of sofas/chairs in the lounge and a large kitchen diner. Kitchen had a great supply of equipment, utensils and equipment. 3 upstairs bedrooms and 1 bathroom and the bonus of a downstairs shower room and toilet. Small decking outside and seating for 4, we brought a 5th seat and sat in the afternoon sun. Excellent Chinese takeaway Wing Wah 6 minutes walk, lovely meal at the Ship Inn 10 minutes walk. Very close to Chester city centre. We would highly recommend and would stay again.

Lovely two night stay with three generations of our family in a beautiful location . It’s a little isolated (that’s what we wanted and was as described ) but within an easy drive of all amenities. Excellent directions so easy to find. Helen has thought of everything with some lovely touches and supplies included. Looking forward to returning soon

Wonderful barn in a rural spot well placed for local pubs and day trip to Shrewsbury. Highly recommend

My mum & I had a great stay at Sue's- it was a lovely flat to relax in, very peaceful & comfortable. We love the area and enjoyed having vibrant Lark Lane and the park on our doorstep. We had everything we could need, the beds were comfy & the bathrooms very clean, great shower etc. The welcome treats were much appreciated!

Warren was an absolutely incredible host, excellent communication throughout the entire process and provided us with clear instructions and recommendations for both parking and local food locations. The place is beautiful, looks just like the photos, one of the beds is slightly smaller than expected but definitely suitable for a smaller person. We stayed as a group for one night and found it easy to access and utilise all the facilities. The space was clean and felt safe. Warren was flexible to us checking in later and was responsive throughout. Overall, I would massively recommend! We loved our stay!

Clean and comfortable accommodation. Very well equipped with good quality furnishings, bed linen and towels. Large off road parking area. Beautiful countryside surrounding and nice and quiet with wonderful bird song.
