This is what vacation dreams look like under thatch: The Frisian cottage "Kliemkiker" was newly built in 2016: 120 square meters of living space for up to 4 people on a nearly 1000 square meter property with fantastic views, directly on the Wadden Sea National Park. A dog is also very welcome. All North Frisian islands (Sylt, Föhr, Amrum) and Halligen (e.g. Hooge, Gröde, Langeness) as well as the islands of Pellworm and Römö in Denmark are easily reached by car, train or boat as a day trip.

Our modern, very bright, approx. 70 m² ground floor apartment with a detached house character offers you an approx. 40 m² living/dining area with an open kitchen, dining area and fireplace, an office, a shower room with a walk-in shower, a separate bedroom, a large, covered terrace with a sauna and a sunken garden. The beach, city center and train station are within walking distance in approx. 10-15 minutes. The nearest supermarket is about 250 meters away. Dogs are very welcome here!

The house has been newly renovated and has a particularly unique furniture with love of detail. The house has a large garden with fire bowl where every summer night becomes a beautiful memory. In the immediate vicinity (10 km) you are already on the North Sea and after only two railway stations you are on Sylt. Not only in summer is the cottage a popular travel destination, even in winter it impresses with its coziness to which the stove in the living area contributes.

The light-filled apartment has been decorated with minimalist and high quality and you can enjoy a wide view over the Eiderstedter meadows. With three cozy bedrooms, two bathrooms and one guest toilet, one Danish design kitchen and modern fireplace, it offers a wonderful retreat. From the house you walk in about 10 minutes along the dike to the beach.

You will love my accommodation because of the peace and the good air and the kilometer-wide view over the fields as well as the immaculate condition. We had a very harmonious stay with the family (7 people) plus (Allergy sufferer) dog, to which the house with its location (near bus stop, dog beach) and the existing - high-quality (brand-name appliances) - equipment, the total of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms as well as the large cozy dining table contributed significantly. On a positive note, we were proactively contacted by the rental company on the day of arrival, informing us that we could move into the holiday home earlier.

We stayed at Constanze's for a week in March. The apartment is nicely quiet, you can reach both sides of the island in no time, and everything else is within easy walking distance. It is super furnished, bright and modern, with a lot of love for detail. Everything was perfect, just like in the description, we lacked nothing. Communication was very fast without problems. We felt very comfortable and would like to come back or recommend the apartment to our friends.

The apartment was exactly like the pictures. The amenities were very good. The high chair and crib, which were also easy to find, were particularly helpful for us. Everything was clean and well maintained and we felt very comfortable. The only small downside, which does not detract from the vacation, is that the wooden construction quietly makes you perceive secondary noises from the neighbors. I particularly liked the easy and fast communication and the personal contact to point out that at the time, a part of the garden may still be blocked by a refreshment of the garden. Overall a very nice getaway. Thank you. Gladly again.
