Sjöstugan - our pearl right by the lake! Private house with sleeping loft, kitchen, beautiful large room with fireplace and view of the lake. Wood-fired sauna with a dip in the lake right next door. Hot tub on the jetty - always warm. Swimming dock 5 meters outside the door. Access to a boat. If you want to buy a fishing license, contact the host. Wood for the fireplace and sauna is included. The yard is fenced all the way to the lake and our Beagle dog Vide is often loose outside. He's nice. Use of bed linens and towels, as well as cleaning, is included.

Private guest house on horse farm

Guest cottage in the countryside. Located in separate building on our property. The apartment has one (sleep) room/kitchen , furnished hall as well as bathroom and is 35 sqm. Cozy location by the forest between the sea and the lake (4-5 km). Perfect for establishing both Skåne and Blekinge. Bromölla nice hiking/biking trails by the sea, along Ivösjön, in the beech forest. Sölvesborg 12 km , an old city center and nice beaches. Sweden Rock 20 km Kjugekull Bouldering 8 km Sheets and towels are not included, can be arranged if we are at home!

Nice accommodation next to Mörrumsån

A newly renovated accommodation for up to 6 people on a farm by Mörrumsån. The apartment is in an older barn building and there are two bedrooms on the upper floor, each with two 90 cm wide beds. The downstairs contains a bathroom with a washer and dryer as well as a combined living room and kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with fridge and freezer, microwave and oven and stove. In the living room, there is a sofa bed for two more beds. From the kitchen, there is direct access to the patio with barbecue facilities and outdoor furniture.

Newly built (2020), bright and fresh apartment (54 m2) on the farm Fagraslätt, 10 km from Kristianstad. The farm is located three kilometers from a lake and 20 km from the sea and Åhus' beautiful beaches. Quiet and rural environment, with rolling fields outside the door. Small country roads invite you to bike trips around the lakes in the area. In Kristianstad, there is a rich variety of restaurants and shopping. Grocery store is 6 km away. Two people live comfortably and four live well. Two more can sleep on the sofa bed.

Nice villa with the sea as the closest neighbor

Right between Hörvik and the Spraglehall nature reserve is the small charming fishing village Krokås. In Krokås there is its own small fishing harbor and a popular beach. There are restaurants, cafe and plenty of activities all year round. Close to school, grocery store, leisure activities and bus stop outside the door. The house is in the middle of the harbor with a view all the way to Hanö. A stone's throw from beaches. Two patios in the front with morning sun as well as large backyard with afternoon and evening sun.

The cottage - Central, rural and with sea view!

Wake up and have breakfast overlooking Sölvesborgsviken. This accommodation is in a cottage on my property. It is rural but central, which makes your stay comfortable. With a short km walk through the park along the bay, you will come to the cozy city center with shops, restaurants and cafés. The golf course can be found 2.5 km away on foot or by bike over Europe's longest walking and cycling bridge. Ryssberget's hiking and biking trails are only 1.5 km away. The sandy beaches of the nearby area are numerous.

Close to nature cottage in Ruan

Escape to a charming cottage surrounded by nature and just a short bike ride from Mörrum train station. Perfect for couples, small families, or friends seeking a peaceful retreat close to water and walking trails. The cottage sleeps 3–4 guests and features comfortable 160 cm double bed and sofa bed for 1–2 guests, dining area, and a warm, inviting atmosphere. Small but well-equipped with fridge, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and kettle. WC and shower. No fishing allowed.

Welcome to this Swedish cottage by the sea. Located in a nature area with a quiet beach and with great hiking. The cottage is newly renovated and it’s comfortable to stay in both winter and summer. During the summer you can visit beaches, go on boatrips, fishing, bikeriding, hike or just relax in the small garden. In the wintertime you can visit the best cinema in sweden located in Bromölla. Visit Kristianstad or Sölvesborg, hike in the nature park or just sit down by the fire.

Our villa is located in a quiet residential area where we have a large, private garden that is perfect for relaxing with the family, playing garden games, sunbathing and barbecuing! There is proximity to both our city center and our beautiful golf course and Blekinge's finest beach, Sandviken! Everything within 10 minutes by car! Or a little further for those who want to take the bike and enjoy the lovely rural nature

Little Juristhuset

Welcome to the "little juristhuset", a picturesque street house in the middle of Sölvesborg. Here you live well with proximity to everything Listerlandet offers. Step in through the blue-painted gate and discover a secluded courtyard with comfortable south-facing seating and the possibility of nice barbecue evenings. The house has all the classic attributes you think of from a late 19th century street house mixed with modern touches.

"Sigges" red cottage by the sea

Enjoy nice days with family or friends near the sea on picturesque Västra Näs. New! For groups of more than 8 people, we suggest the possibility to rent also our other house "Holken" located on the adjacent plot to "Sigges". Then 13-15 people can spend time together. Every season has its allure, therefore the houses are rented out all year round. @sigges_projektholken

The house is located in a quiet and cozy area close to the forest and beach and a short distance to the cozy Sølvesborg in Blekinge.
