Our old, former farmhouse is located in Burgschleinitz, a pretty village with a medieval moated castle, Romanesque church, Gothic ossuary and lots of nature between the forest and wine district near Eggenburg. Another two people can stay on the sofa bed. The property is ideal for a wide variety of excursions: the Wachau, Krems or the Waldviertel. But the capital Vienna is also just an hour away.

Due to the positive experiences as Airbnb hosts, we converted the smallest barn on our property into a tiny house in 2020-2022. We planned and built everything ourselves and hope our guests will feel comfortable and enjoy their time in Krems and the Wachau! On a few square meters, the small house offers everything you need for a cozy stay. Charming terrace included! Welcome!

The apartment is on the second floor of our apartment building in the Weinviertel and can be used in whole or in part. Here you will find a separate bedroom and a very spacious kitchen-living room with another bedroom and balcony. 1 guest parking space is available. Our house is 3 km from the nearest train station. Vienna is 50 km away. Guests from all countries are welcome!
