Die Kate wurde ca. 1850 als Erweiterung für das ehemalige große Scheunenhaus einer Fischerfamilie von Mönkebude errichtet und bis ca. 1982 zum Wohnen genutzt. Heute erholen sich unsere Gäste zwischen den alten Fachwerkwänden aus Ziegeln, lehmverputzten Wänden und unter dem schönen Reeth-Dach auf ca. 80 qm Wohnfläche.

Das Cottage ist das letzte in einer Reihe von 7 Ferienhäusern, welches am Waldesrand gelegen ist. Traumhafte Sonnenaufgänge inklusive. Die komplett Sanierung/Modernisierung wurde im Juli 2022 fertig gestellt und das Haus steht seitdem ganzjährig zum Mieten zu Verfügung.
