Our 86 m² apartment (new since Jan. 2024) is located on the ground floor of a 3-family house in Lind (district of Zirndorf) and is fully equipped with laminate flooring and modern furniture. The distance to the Playmobil FunPark is only 1.9 km, a bus stop is located at the level of the house. The S-Bahn station of the Nuremberg-Ansbach line is located in the next town (1.1 km). With this you can reach the central train station in just 15 minutes.Nuremberg and from there comfortably via subway to Messe-Nürnberg.

Gerne kann ein Zusatzbett bzw. Babybett gestellt werden. Die Wohnung befindet sich sehr zentral mitten in Stein in einem mit Liebe zum Detail restaurierten Haus.
