In the center, there are many delicious cafes and restaurants and 500 meters from the apartment is the cozy and original cafe, Ulla Therkildsen. Or just enjoy good hours on the sunny southwest-facing terrace.

I gårdhaven er der spisebord, loungemøbler, bålsted, sandkasse, legehus og græsplæne samt et nyt orangeri, hvor man kan rykke ind, når duggen falder. .

The apartment is located in the heart of Aalborg with only a 5-minute walk to shopping, cafes, the harbor and not least Jomfru Ane street, if you would like to have a beer or two. Parking is available in the parking garage just around the corner. Alternatively, there is free parking 24 hours a day at Saxogade or the harbor (about 5-10 minutes on foot from the apartment). Note: Do not use the fireplace. It's just for decoration.
