Welcome to a newly-built cottage in natural materials in Österlen. The cottage is located in pine forest about 200 meters from the sea and one of Sweden's most beautiful sandy beaches. The plot is located on a cul-de-sac, which means minimal car traffic by the house. One bedroom with 180 cm double bed and plenty of shelves for storage. Bathroom with shower and sink. Living room/kitchen with double doors out to the balcony. Sofa bed 130 cm. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Loft with three 90 cm mattresses. Car can be charged at your own expense.

The cottage is located by the sea with a fantastic sandy beach. The accommodation is in very good condition and is located within a private residential plot. The cottage has a kitchen with oven, stove, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and sink. Various kitchen utensils and coffee makers. Next to it is the living room with TV, as well as sofa bed (2 seats). Bedroom with double bed and wardrobes. Sleeping loft with double bed. Bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. Nearby is the famous Åhusbryggan, Restaurant and hotel with spa "Åhus Seaside"

Our Attefalshus is located in a family-friendly villa area close to the forest and at bike distance to the chalk-white sandy beaches that Åhus is famous for. There are good transport links to grocery stores, the city centre and Kristianstad. You can take a bike or a nice walk to Åhus harbour. The house offers all amenities such as fully equipped kitchen and household utensils, AC, floor heating, washing machine, Wifi etc. Should you miss anything in the house you can always knock on our door which is your nearest neighbor.

Seaside attic house on Äspet

Welcome to our dear cottage! This cottage is located on Äspet in Åhus, 200 meters to the sea and the Kronoskogen forest. It is about 1.5 km to the city center where the harbor and all the restaurants are located! Guests have access to their own balcony and a parking space next to the cottage. Two bicycles are available to borrow. Bed linens & towels are available on site, if you want to rent, SEK 300. In this case, this must be notified before arrival. Cleaning is done as agreed by the tenant the day you go home.

The house has three comfortable bedrooms, a spacious bathroom and an open floor plan that gives a lovely atmosphere. From the balcony, you can enjoy the amazing views of the forest plot. For nature lovers, Tjörnarpssjön is nearby for swimming and fishing, and Skåneleden offers many opportunities for walks. Our home in the forest is a place for relaxation and enjoyment

Large house with kitchen/living room, 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed and 1 bunk bed, fully tiled bathroom with washing machine. Glazed conservatory connects the large cottage with the guest house which contains 1 bunk bed and 1 1.4 m wide bed and fully tiled toilet with shower. 75 m walkway without car traffic to the beach. Charging post for electric car is available and 4 simple bicycles to borrow. Charcoal grill is available. Guests bring their own bed linens and towels and clean on departure.

Near the accommodation, there are also paddle tennis courts, mini golf, UpZone, grocery stores, pharmacy. Walking distance to Åhus Harbor with cozy restaurants, Glassbåten and a nice playground. Välkommen till vårt hemtrevliga annex på cirka 50 m² – ett charmigt och privat boende med egen uteplats. Annexet ligger intill vår familjs hus men är helt avskilt med egen ingång. Läget är bra – här har du närhet till det mesta: Ca 15 minuters promenad till stranden. 10 minuter till hamnen med flera restauranger. 5 minuter till större livsmedelsbutik. För barnfamiljer (eller lekfulla vuxna!) erbjuder vi även tillgång till fotbollsmål, studsmatta, pingisbord och basketkorg. Välkommen!

Välkomna till en timmerstuga beläget uppe på en kulle intill Fulltofta Naturreservat. Ni har tillgång till hela tomten som har ett stort trädäck med integrerad badtunna och utsikt över dalen. Stugan har ett sovloft, sovrum, modernt badrum och ett mysigt vardagsrum med en öppen spis för kvällar framför brasan. Elbilsladdstation på parkeringen✅ Rekommenderat för par / familjer. Fester ej tillåtna och det är viktigt att inte hålla hög volym utomhus på kvällarna efter 21.00.

Welcome to our guest house in Åhus. Good location with 3 km to the beach, harbor and golf course. Quiet and pleasant area. Equipped with kitchen, bathroom, TV, Wi-Fi, washing machine. Double bed in bedroom and sofa bed in living room. Private entrance and patio as well as free parking. - No cleaning fee - You leave the house in the same condition as upon arrival.
