In Gladsax Herrgård there is now the possibility to rent the cozy white guesthouse. Gladsax is located in the heart of Österlen with close proximity to the sea, nature, sights and in combination of a fantastic beautiful and genuine environment. The guesthouse is adapted for 2-6 people and is suitable for those who want to enjoy the little extra both indoors and outdoors on the beautiful Österlen. The interior has been created by the interior designer Djon Clausen. The house has an overall area of 100 m2 and the plot is 4000 m2.

This idyllic place dating back to the 19th century is 15 minutes from both Kristianstad and Hässleholm city. A perfect base if you want to discover Skåne, Småland and southern Blekinge or just take it easy. With the forest as your closest neighbor, you can go for forest walks, discover scenic areas or explore golf courses. You have the whole place to yourself with a large garden and greenhouse. There are restaurants, cafe and plenty of activities all year round. Close to school, grocery store, leisure activities and bus stop outside the door. The house is in the middle of the harbor with a view all the way to Hanö. A stone's throw from beaches. Two patios in the front with morning sun as well as large backyard with afternoon and evening sun.

Du når snabbt Öresundsregionen; Malmö (80 km) och Köpenhamn (110 km). Skåne bjuder på mycket av aktiviteter, kultur, gårdsbutiker, loppisar och inte minst, god mat.

Träna i det lilla men lyxiga gymmet och koppla sedan av i badkaret eller i bastun. Hämta kraft. Kotten är en unik arkitektritad bostad för de som vill komma iväg från stress och storstad. Barn måste vara över 9 år. Här finns inga måsten, bara fridfullhet. Huset är byggt helt i trä och är klätt med cederspån.

Here you will have access to a pleasant accommodation with 6 adult beds, 1 bed and 2 cribs next to Byvägen in scenic Sankt Olof during your stay in Österlen. If you need to charge the car, I have a charging box, let me know and we'll figure it out for a refund. Now I also have Boxers (Tele 2) basic selection on TV and Telenor's Wi-Fi. You bring your own bed linens, towels and then you clean yourself before checking out.

Charming and spacious house with nice details to enjoy during the Österlen holidays. Here you have cozy days with a fireplace and a nice view. Located near Simrishamn with cycling distance to Brantevik and swimming from swimming ladder by cliffs. Four bicycles are available to borrow, three women's bikes and a men's bike. 15-20 min drive to sandy beaches.
