Altefähr - seaside resort on Rügen on the Strelasund

The seaside resort of Altefähr is located on Germany's largest island of Rügen, on the Strelasund and connected almost all year round by ferry directly to the historic harbor town of Stralsund opposite. The house is part of the Sonnengarten vacation park, just two years old and with the most modern amenities. Our semi-detached house has over 80 square meters on two floors, making it the largest house type, with space for five people. Altefähr is a place for water sports, anglers, any form of active vacation - and beach.

The apartment with separate entrance and private terrace is located in the middle of nature, far away from the noise and hustle and bustle of our society. From the kitchen table you have a view over pastures and fields to a bay of the Strelasund, which can be reached on foot via a dirt road. At the same time, you can enjoy the proximity to the seaside resort of Altefähr as well as to the Hanseatic city of Stralsund. The 60 square meter apartment is best suited for 2 people and can accommodate a maximum of 3 guests.

Close to the beach, 70 sqm, 2.5-room apartment in Stralsund with terrace, parking space, Internet LAN & Wi-Fi up to 250 Mbit, TV, DVD, Playstation 3. The cozy apartment on Große Parower Str. (Completely renovated 07-2017), Stralsund is approx. 150 meters from the beach promenade as the crow flies. The 2.5-room apartment usually accommodates 4 people (alternatively 4 adults and a maximum of 2 small children). Parking is available right in front of the house and can be rented separately on site.

Our exceptional and very spacious apartment (180 sqm) is located in a renovated attic in the heart of the old town. It offers plenty of space for 6 adults. The open ground floor with kitchen, living area, dining area, library, guest toilet and terrace invites you to relax. The upper floor houses 3 large bedrooms, one with an ensuite bathroom, as well as 1 additional bathroom. In two of the bedrooms, a baby crib or a folding bed for older children can be set up (€10/extra bed/night).

Cozy retreat in the countryside

Enjoy a cozy getaway in the bungalow on the Devin peninsula. Just a 5-minute walk from the sandy beach and located directly on the nature reserve, it offers tranquility and pure nature. The bungalow is lovingly furnished and has one bedroom, a summer kitchen on the terrace and a fireplace. In the garden there is a fireplace for cozy evenings. The port city of Stralsund and the island of Rügen are easily accessible. An ideal starting point for exploring the Baltic Sea.

Villa Krabbennest

The cottage with the thatched roof typical of the Baltic Sea coast. The villa with 164 sqm is spread over two floors for up to 6 people. Spacious, light-flooded rooms allow an unobstructed view into the beautifully landscaped garden. On the ground floor there is 1 living room with a spacious dining area, as well as a large modernly furnished kitchen and a guest toilet. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, one of them with an open bathroom en suite and a smaller bathroom.

Vacation home "Küstenliebe" Stralsund (Baltic Sea)

Built in 2019, the house sits on the edge of a small vacation home area and has a large terrace. The lovingly furnished bedrooms are each equipped with a large bed, TV and dresser. In the bathroom on the upper floor there is a rain shower and a bathtub with fantastic views. The spacious dining area in the basement with fireplace invites you to relax. And in the cold season, you can relax perfectly in the sauna! Come and discover the beach and so much more!
