The sanitary facilities are typical for boats. There are also 2 terraces. The houseboat is moored in the Barther harbor, an ideal place to explore and experience the bay and the Baltic Sea.

Lindenwohnung im Meerzauber-Haus zwischen Altenkirchen und dem Strand, (1,3 km). Kreidefelsen und kilometerlange Sandstrände sind leicht mit Fahrrad oder zu Fuss zu erreichen. Zum Haus gehört ein großer Garten von gut 3000m² mit alten Linden, angrenzend an große Felder. Im Garten gibt es für alle Gartentische und Stühle, zwischen die Bäume lassen sich Hängematten spannen, im Holzbackofen läßt sich alles mögliche backen und auch eine Feuerstelle kann genutzt werden.

Die Nichtraucherwohnung besteht aus Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer, Küche und Bad. Die Küche ist ausgestattet mit einem Herd und Backofen, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster und Wasserkocher. Neben Gartenmöbeln befindet sich auch ein kleiner Grill auf der Terrasse.Zusätzlich befindet sich im Schlafzimmer ein Autobett
