The bright rooms are inviting, south terrace (60 m²) with table, chairs and loungers as well as a small garden complete the offer. Bed dimensions (cm) 180 x 200 and 160 x 200. From here you can explore the beautiful surroundings. Bicycles are available (see photos). Additional information: Washer/dryer by arrangement for € 5 each

Das Kavalierhaus befindet sich gegenüber vom Marstall und verfügt über einen großen Garten mit Pavillon, umgeben von Rhododendren. Das Gebäude wurde kürzlich liebevoll restauriert. Im Erdgeschoß befindet sich ein großzügiges Esszimmer, die Küche mit separater Speisekammer, ein Arbeitszimmer, ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Kamin, zwei Doppel Schlafzimmer mit je einem Duschbad en-suite, ein Gäste-WC und der Hauswirtschaftsraum. Im Obergeschoss befinden sich 7 DZ und 1 EZ, sowie 4 Badezimmer.

The cottage is located in the “Bothkamper See” nature reserve. It offers an outdoor hot tub, shower with nature view, steam sauna, wood-burning stove, terrace, XXL couch and super king size bed, fully equipped kitchen, ice maker, Bluetooth music system, record player, Wi-Fi, 2 x BBQ area, bicycles, home office, 2 x spa, private cinema, giant swing, fireplace, swimming area, wood chopper and much more. Our restaurant "Hof Bissee" with regional cuisine and breakfast (5 min walk).

Our new apartment "Upper Beach" is located on the 2nd floor, easily accessible via an elevator. You have a separate bedroom, kitchen and a large living room with sofa bed and sunny balcony. The house is located right in the center of Timmendorfer Strand. If you want to live so centrally, you sometimes have to expect some hustle and bustle and noise in the high season. Restaurants, cafes and numerous shopping are within walking distance. The beach is about 150 meters away.

Du hast eine eigene Terrasse mit separaten Zugang zu Whg. Unser Gartennutzung n RS. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, ländlich. 200 Meter bis zum See in dem gebadet werden kann. Peace, romance, idyll, Baltic Sea, pure nature, quiet but also trendy Baltic Sea resorts such as Grömitz within easy reach. You will stay in a historic former inn, which was lovingly completely restored and modernized in 2016. The location near the Baltic Sea is a perfect base for exploring the treasures of Ostholstein. For hikers and bikers, the Baltic Sea and Holstein Switzerland are just outside the door. You can reach the beach by car or by bike in a few minutes.

The apartment is about 100 m², has 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom. It is on level ground and has its own entrance. It has its own terrace and is located to the south side of the house. The rooms are furnished with antique furniture. Kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, fridge. The bathroom has a large corner bath and a double sink. In the living room is a large flat screen. And many shelves with books to suit every taste.

The garden with terrace, lawn, pond and carport is all yours. It doesn't always have to be the beach, but it is only 500 meters away. Shopping and restaurants are all within walking distance. You are also welcome to bring your dog. The property is fenced.
