Settled a few miles away from Beaumont Hospital, Downtown Royal oak and Clawson, the lower level has a beautiful kitchen with a wrap around quartz bar style counter top and high end appliances. The kitchen is stocked with supplies for cooking / coffee. The house has 2 bedrooms, one with a King bed, the other with a full bed. We have 50 amp plug for a level 2 EV charger
