Stephan is a lovely host who has a very nice property in Nice. Stephan was very communicative, hospitable and provided everything you could need in a stay. The value was tremendous considering we were in town for F1. The property is modern, spotless and comfortable. Look no further for your south of France vacation!

Alexandra was simply the best host! She was responsive, professional, and her air bnb was clean and in a stunning location. She is so friendly and kind and really made our honeymoon so wonderful and special!!

If I could, I'd give it ten stars! Christophe is really great and nice. He welcomed us warmly to his beautiful apartment, both charming and pleasant. The apartment is beautiful, very well located in a perfect neighborhood, close to the SNCF train station that serves the entire Côte d'Azur. We had a great stay at his place in Cagnes-sur-Mer.

We had a lovely 9 day stay at Petra’s beach getaway. We enjoyed the local restaurants & beach clubs. Les Cabines & SoBeach were our favorite. There is a U Express for groceries just a 5 min walk from the Airbnb. We purchased bread daily at the nearby Boulangerie Banette. We found the walk by the marina / port to be interesting with the beautiful boats and yachts coming and going. One day we kept on walking for an hour + to Antibes. The photos in Petra’s listing are accurate. Her home is tastefully decorated with a chic feel. Our favorite place to relax were her padded loungers on the patio. We found Petra to be responsive to our questions and truly appreciate her flexibility with check-in. Thank you for a wonderful visit.

This is an excellent apartment for exploring Antibes, a short walk from the old town, the beach and 5 mins in taxi to Juan le Pin. Stayed with friends and we all thought the apartment was better in real life than it looked in the photos. Brice was great at getting in contact with us both for check in and check out. Thoroughly recommend!!

Very nice apartment, extremely well-equipped and 1 min walk from the center and parking included in the rental (which is well appreciated because it is complicated to find a place otherwise). Air conditioning is a real plus in view of the heat. Lots of recommendations and communication with Magali and Cédric was perfect. Please note that for people with reduced mobility, it is located on the 3rd floor without an elevator. Lively neighborhood during the day, and maybe a little noisy at night but the hosts have nothing to do with it.

Staying here for a short 4 nights, everything made me feel at home, whether it was the hygiene or all the equipment in the Sony room, which made me feel cozy, clean, and comfortable.The location of the room is convenient for transportation, there are many delicious restaurants nearby, and the internet in the house is also very good.We are very satisfied with everything about the B&B and look forward to staying again.

Great and secluded place, even being so close to everything. Serena gave great information and pro-actively checked in by message to hear everything was okay. Loved the peaceful vibe and great ocean view.

Excellent location, the house was as described, the hosts were accommodating and thoughtful. Excellent house for children, the kitchen was extremely well equipped. The property looked new and very well looked after. It was out today time on Air B&B and we ve been very impressed.

Lovely accommodation with nice terrace and great pool which we mostly had to ourselves during our stay . We enjoyed the table tennis in the basement which was a great fun. Photos and descriptions are accurate and the gardens and flowers were beautiful. Great location with supermarket, patisserie restaurants in easy reach . Bus stop and train station within a few minutes walk. Super sandy beach only a 10 minute stroll away . This apartment is in a great location. Maike is a very welcoming and responsive host would highly recommend this accommodation. We really enjoyed our stay and appreciated being able to leave our luggage for the day before our train left in the evening. Many thanks Maike for being so helpful.

Our stay at the new Villa Topolino was excellent: the villa itself is very nice and welcoming, recently refurbished and pleasant to live in, even with two families at the same time. Rebecca has offered extra support during a storm that stopped electricity in the neighborhood. The shared spaces including the patio, an amazing garden, plus the external jacuzzi and external kitchen are beautiful to enjoy from morning to night. The location is very convenient and silent all day and night, close to Garoupe beach, and to the sentier du Littoral. Antibes is 20 min walk. Rebecca has been a wonderful host, very proactive, welcoming, patient, she made everyone feel at home.

The place is gorgeous, beautiful garden, amazing views with great amenities. Fabien is a GREAT host and was always very attentive and responsive. The location is super convenient! E we will definitely recommend Fabian’s property!!

There were three of us in the house in early May 2025 with Celine and Julien. Both are very accommodating and friendly, inquiries were answered promptly. Thanks for both of you. The house is perfectly located for visits to the surrounding villages and towns (Antibes, Cannes, Nice, etc.) as well as for starting long hikes. The pool offers a very nice and gladly used opportunity for refreshment afterwards. The rooms are very nice, the kitchen huge and invites you to cook with friends. We would always love to come again. We spent a very nice holiday there. The domain is very quiet, with a lot of comfort. The owners are very discreet but present and very helpful if you have any questions. Recommended for those who want to visit the region, and yet enjoy the peace and quiet.

My friend and I had a wonderful stay at Patricia’s home. She and Claude were the perfect hosts! The views from the balcony were breathtaking. They were so kind and very responsive . Loved my stay here . I will be back !

I really enjoyed this short stay at Françoise's (professional setting). The apartment was as described and very quiet. Françoise and her husband were really very welcoming, going so far as to pick me up at the station and offering to drop me off at the location of my conference. I would highly recommend it

Great place in the middle of Nice in a perfect location. You can reach the sea and the Promenade des Anglais in 2 minutes. 10 minutes to the old town, many restaurants and bars are very close. The place is tastefully decorated. We had a very nice stay and enjoyed breakfast on the small terrace every morning! Mylene is a very friendly and always helpful host.

We had the most amazing stay at Alains place. The location was amazing and the view was so beautiful! They were very helpful with storing our luggage upon arrival and were ready to help with any questions! Right across from the main promenade! Grocery store was a 2 minute walk away, lots of stores near by. It was great to enjoy the beautiful terrace with a glass of wine after a long travel day before heading out for dinner! Would love to stay here again!

I stayed here with my girlfriend for 2 weeks and it was great! The place was very clean. Upon arrival, we were personally welcomed and shown the accommodation, as well as a tip for shopping at Intermarché, which is just across the street. At night it is a bit noisy on the main road, but this is to be expected in the spring of the French Riviera. A train station is not far away and within 20-30 minutes you can drive to both Cannes and Monaco. Villeneuve-Loubet is in a great location! We will definitely be back!

Superb accommodation, the hosts are as superb as the apartment. Very nice, very accommodating. The apartment's equipment is just great. A parking space has been made available to us, if you come by sports car you have plenty of space, plus it is very secure. I've never had such a great experience with Airbnb. We had a great stay at the apartment. It was spacious enough for four adults, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. Kevin is a great host—friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

My recent stay was complete perfection. The apartment was fully equipped and immaculately clean. Our hosts were super helpful, friendly and attentive. Their place felt private & peaceful with multiple options for excellent transport links. Overall could not recommend enough and cannot wait to return!
