Electricity and water consumption will be charged at the end of the stay. You can do the cleaning yourself and leave the house as received or purchase it for DKK 750.

The apartment is decorated like a summer house with Wi-Fi, TV, appliances and delicious new bathtub with shower. 6 persons can stay in the apartment's 2 bedrooms and with a raised sofa bed in the living room. The morning coffee is enjoyed on benches in front of the apartment, and there is the possibility of free parking in front and in the backyard. Electricity bill DKK 4 per kW.

There is an efficient wood stove, 2 winter sleeping bags (Catharina Defence 6) with associated sheet bags, as well as regular duvets and pillows, blankets/blankets, etc. Fireplace that can be used whenever the weather permits. There are 6 km of fantastic nature along the dike (bike/walk) to Ribe center. Fire pit, outdoor pizza oven, and shelter may be used during stays.
