Monthly Rentals in Aurora

Brians place was very clean and had everything we needed for our 4 week stay. We are a family of 3 and brought our two smalls dogs so it was a tight fit for us but the air bnb would be a perfect fit for 1-2 guests +pets comfortably. The first day we were there we ran into some issues with the air bnb (the tv wouldn’t work, the dryer needed an adjustment and the fridge filter needed to be changed). Upon messaging Brian, he came over asap and fixed the dryer, replaced the filter and bought a new tv. I would stay at any one of Brian’s air bnbs just due to him being a fantastic, attentive host! I know other reviews have mentioned the area seeming unsafe but for the most part we were left completely unbothered and it was quiet.

Loved staying here! Aaron and Tae made my stay feel welcoming and they were super friendly and helpful. I loved the location of the house since it's a 1-3 minute walk away from a train station and a bus stop that goes straight to Downtown Denver. I was able to get around Denver and to work easily after I had just moved here from Texas. I also love their little pupper Louie and will miss being greeted by him whenever I came back from work. He is the cutest most chill dog ever. I had an amazing stay.

I had an incredible stay at Randi’s place and couldn’t be happier with the experience! From the beginning, Randi was an outstanding host. Her warmth and friendliness made me feel right at home. She was always available with excellent recommendations for local attractions and restaurants, which truly enhanced my visit to the Denver area. What really impressed me was how Randi handled even the smallest issues. Whenever something came up, she resolved it immediately with a smile, showing genuine concern for my comfort and satisfaction. For example, when I had car trouble, Randi promptly provided me with the contact information for her mechanic. It was clear she puts a lot of thought and care into making her guests' stays enjoyable. I genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better Airbnb experience. If you’re looking for a place where the host goes above and beyond and provides an amazing stay, Randi’s place is the one to choose. Her hospitality truly made my stay unforgettable!

We stayed here for 6 months when we first moved to town before buying a house. Richard was wonderful to work with. When we had any issues, he was quick to address them and find a solution, going above and beyond to keep us comfortable. As an example, there was a problem with the heater during cold weather. Not only did Richard get a repairman out within a few hours, but when they had to order a part, he purchased multiple space heaters to be sure we wouldn't be cold. Even as we concluded our stay, he was making additional improvements for future guests. High quality people are a rarity, and Richard is definitely a high quality host. I would highly recommend a stay.
