Our vacation home in the Baltic Sea resort of Baabe is located on one of the most beautiful sandy beaches in the southeast of the island of Rügen. The famous Baltic Sea resorts of Sellin and Göhren are easily accessible by foot or by bike. The cottage is located in a holiday home complex with Scandinavian-style houses only approx. 100 meters from the beach! Due to the first-class location on a natural property with light forest, right behind the beach dunes, you can enjoy optimal vacation conditions here.

The villa "Emma" is modern to luxuriously furnished. Here you can immediately feel at home thanks to the high level of comfort. There are 2 full floors and a penthouse with an indoor hot tub, 40 m² roof terrace overlooking Sellin, a large sauna with glass front and views of nature, an extra quiet area with relaxing loungers, fireplace, Wi-Fi throughout the villa and much more. From the villa it is only a few meters to Wilhelmstraße, the Baltic Sea and Lake Sellin.

In the very best location of the village, just steps from the fine sandy Baltic Sea beach is the apartment Strandvilla Baabe 10 - "Herzmuschel". The apartment is spread over two levels and is easily accessible via the airy staircase or via elevator. An underground parking space is reserved for your vehicle, which is included in the rental price. After entering the apartment, the chic living/dining area with a top-equipped kitchen immediately catches the eye.

Modern design meets fantastic location: The 89m² apartment 'YOLO' can accommodate 2-5 people and is located in the exclusive apartment house "FIRST Sellin," which opened in 2018. The FIRST is one of the first addresses of the Baltic Sea resort Sellin and is only a few meters from the main beach and the historic pier. Unique highlights include the heated panoramic swimming pool and saunas on the roof of FIRST Sellin, as well as the outdoor pool in the dunes.

This is a semi-detached house in a neighborhood with thatched houses and unobstructed views of the Achterwasser. Lot size 1200 m². The offered apartment in the semi-detached house consists of the entrance hall on the first floor, the upper floor and attic and has a living area of 80 m². On the ground floor is the summer studio of the painter Kerstin Langer. In the other half of the semi-detached house there is another apartment (Kielhus).

Welcome to our beautiful small holiday apartment Sternschnuppe on the outskirts of the village, which invites you to linger and relax. From here you can take long walks to the two well-kept sandy beaches (approx. 10 minutes). It is also very suitable as a starting point for a variety of bike tours. The vacation home is maritime, with a lot of love for detail, and impresses with high-quality amenities. Three bedrooms can accommodate six people. A crib can also be set up. 100 m from the beach (in the house with sea view), the apartment is ideal for a beach vacation. With the apartment key, you will also receive the key for a beach chair on the beach during the season (weather-dependent 6/1 - 9/30). We hope you can spend many pleasant hours in it! You can also relax in the sauna or in the in-house pool or make yourself comfortable with a book or game in the apartment.
