You have direct access to the property from the staircase. Grill and fireplace are available in the garden. The Elbe, biosphere reserve, water crossing point and others offer many recreational opportunities in nature.

Eine Heizung gibt es aus Sicherheitsgründen nicht. Bei Interesse könnt ihr Tischtennis spielen, Federball spielen oder einfach nur in Schatten oder Sonne entspannen.

Enjoy your stay in a centrally yet quietly located apartment in the countryside (38 sqm) The apartment consists of a bright and cozy kitchen-living room with sofa bed (1.40 m), a bedroom with bed (1.24 ft) and a bathroom with shower and bathtub. A crib is available on request. In the kitchen-living room, there is a new and fully equipped fitted kitchen. In summer, the heated pool invites you to swim. A trampoline, sandbox and soccer goals are available for shared use.

Welcome! A modern furnished, small studio awaits you on the upper ground floor of a two-family house. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need: A capsule coffee maker, kettle, microwave, ceramic hob and fridge. The view overlooks our beautiful garden. Bicycles can be parked there. The car can be parked directly in front of the house. In 10 minutes you are by bike in the beautiful city center or in 15 minutes at the nearest lake. Not a central location!

Im Sommer kühl, im Winter warm, dafür sorgen Lehmwände und Zellulosedämmung. Das Wasser wird erwärmt durch Solarthermie; wenn die Sonne für die Heizung nicht reicht, kommen Holzpellets zum Einsatz. Es gibt genug Platz für vier Personen. Willkommen für Familien, Paare, Montagearbeitende. Haustiere sind NICHT erlaubt.

As a professional violinist, we have a sense of detail. In our guest apartment, stylish Baroque elements from the origins of the house are combined with the most modern equipment possible. This combination guarantees authenticity and coziness. During the renovation, we tried to preserve as much of the original substance as possible. Warning for large adults: A low ceiling beam from 1775 crosses the room.
