An exquisite apartment, a charming and convenient neighborhood, and the very best host. We were six childhood friends exploring Berlin together, and Magnus’ apartment became an essential part of our Berlin-experience. The apartment is simply beautiful – bright, spacious, cool and personal. We felt we got a glimpse of Berlin life. Books, art, furniture, very comfortable beds. We loved living there. Magnus was another level host. Friendly, attentive, helpful, and with a lot of recommendations that made our trip even better. We miss it already, and will dream of coming back!

Cornelius ist ein super engagierter Host! Er antwortet schnell und kommuniziert proaktiv Dinge, die eventuell in einer Beschreibung übersehen werden. Super entgegenkommend und hier stimmt Preisleistung von Anfang bis Ende. Kann ich nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Beautiful gracious apartment in a delightful part of Berlin - the best kitchen we have ever seen - characterful and impeccably furnished rooms. Wide tree-lined street with restaurants and families and a market. We are dreaming of spending a month here living in Berlin.

Stefan was a thoughtful, kind & responsive host. He was communicative any time I had queries & gave great suggestions. The flat has a great view, as it’s on the 4th floor. Be prepared to get a nice workout walking up & down the stairs 😂 Other things of note — it’s in a very cute neighborhood & great location. I loved Acid Mitte the bakery. I had trouble sleeping in the bed, but I tend to be a sensitive sleeper. There are blackout curtains as well which are nice! Overall would recommend & will likely stay again.

Marcus fue muy considerado ya que nuestro avión se atraso y nos espero pasadas las 23 hs . Respondía rápidamente los llamados.el departamento esta muy bien preparado y muy cómodo. Volvería sin dudas a alojarme de nuevo ahi.

My family and I were in for a few days and Novi’s spot was perfect. Check in was easy because they have some one at the door of the building 24 hours a day. The place was exactly as the pictures portray it and it had everything that you would need, including a kitchen with all the proper chef tools, including high end glassware. Very quiet street but a few minute walk from the TV tower. Good restaurants. Hofbrau House Berlin, 2 minutes. The Beast, great steak. And all the the things you hope for in a nice neighborhood. Highly recommended

A very lovely, quiet place to stay in beautiful surroundings. My two young kids loved entertaining themselves the toys and there was plenty of space. I loved to have a cup of coffee in the beautiful dining room looking out on the garden. The grocery store around the corner was very convenient. The home is just as lovely at the pictures and I would definitely stay here again when I return to Berlin. The host was kind and responsive.

Despite a delayed start to our stay, Thomas was incredibly helpful and made sure we were well settled when we finally arrived. His property is located in a fantastic, quiet, and exclusive neighbourhood—perfect for a relaxing getaway. We made great use of the BBQ and pool during our stay, and Thomas’s recommendation for a local butcher was spot on, adding to an already wonderful experience. 20 minute drive to Berlin if needed Highly recommend!

In unserem Kurzurlaub mit den Kindern hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir hatten sehr viel Platz, konnten uns auch mal aus dem Weg gehen und haben die Zeit entspannt und genossen. Der schöne grüne Garten lädt zum Verweilen ein. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist mehr als vollständig. Vom Haus aus hatten wir viele Möglichkeiten, etwas zu unternehmen. Ligger helt perfekt til at undersøge Berlin

Nous avons passé un de nos meilleurs séjour chez Alexandra...la maison est tout simplement parfaite...c'est bien au-delà du descriptif...je n'ai jamais vu autant d'ustensiles, tout y est, des livres et des jeux à disposition, l'extérieur super charmant...tout est incroyablement pensé ... Et plein de jolies attentions en guise de cadeaux de bienvenue ! Le prix est dérisoire pour l'offre proposée. Je recommande à 100% .

Schöne, große und saubere Unterkunft. Ein toller Garten mit viel Spielzeug (Schaukel, Trampolin, Tischtennisplatte uvm.) Der Kontakt war auch immer super freundlich. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Doppelhaushälfte in sehr ruhiger Lage aber ganz in der Nähe von Lebensmittelläden/Bäcker. Einige Zimmer über mehrere Stockwerke verteilt, sehr schöne große Dusche - und eine geräumige Küche mit allen, was notwendig ist. Sehr ruhiger Garten mit Sitzgelegenheiten. 10-15 min per Fuß zur Bahn und dann ist man in 20 min mit der Bahn am Hauptbahnhof von Berlin.

Best accomodation and most relaxed people i ever met . This is excatly what hospitallity means , never feel more welcome and have feeling like i am staying in my own house . Easier to be away from home when i have such nice people for landlords. ,

Lovely, well located space. Hans communicated clearly and the space was very comfy and the proximity to the Spree and other parts of Berlin was perfect. Would stay again!

A perfect spot for exploring Berlin! With a bus right out front, we could get everywhere super easily. The condo was spacious and airy; lovely spot to spend the mornings and evenings before and after roaming the streets of Berlin. We also enjoyed nearby spots we uncovered - a farmer’s market, the KaDeWe Food Court, great Vietnamese food, an outdoor bar area, the zoo….you name it. Everything was nearby. Truly enjoyed our stay and exploring nearby and far away! Berlin was great, as was this lovely spot to stay.

A great, spacious apartment in a peaceful suburb. The instructions given by Mark were excellent, and he was very helpful when I had to call him directly about something. The sushi bar around the corner was a real treat too

Bei Frank in der Wohnung zu sein, ist immer wieder etwas Besonderes. Die Lage im alten Westen ist perfekt – nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß zur Gedächtniskirche, dem Kurfürstendamm und zur U-Bahn. Der Motzstraßenkiez hat seinen ganz eigenen Charme: lebendig, offen, vielfältig und historisch gewachsen. Am nahen Prager Platz schrieb Erich Kästner „Emil und die Detektive“ – das verleiht dem Viertel eine besondere Atmosphäre mit literarischem Flair. Die Wohnung ist genau wie auf den Bildern – stilvoll eingerichtet, mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Franks Sinn für Ästhetik schafft eine warme, einladende Umgebung, in der man sich sofort zuhause fühlt. Alles ist gepflegt, hochwertig ausgestattet und praktisch zugleich. Die Kommunikation mit ihm ist herzlich, schnell und unkompliziert. Man merkt, dass er mit echter Freude Gastgeber ist. Ich war bereits zum zweiten Mal dort und freue mich schon auf den nächsten Aufenthalt. Absolute Empfehlung von mir!

Super Unterkunft! Großzügig geschnitten, mit zwei Bädern. Ich finde, dass die Wohnung in echt sogar noch schöner als auf den Fotos ist! Ich will nochmal da unterkommen und habe sie schon an Freund:innen weiterempfohlen. <3

We absolutely loved our time in Berlin, in large part due to this apartment! The space felt like an oasis in the midst of the bustling berg of Prenzlauer district. It was simply lovely to have this gorgeous space to ourselves with a sauna, no less!

Axel's appartment was spotless and very comfortable, and Axel was a very friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. Highly recommend.

We loved staying at Dan and Robert‘s apartment. It was meticulously clean and visually stimulating. We enjoyed watching the action on the street from the fourth floor. Surprisingly, the apartment is very quiet for an urban location. All the furnishings were comfortable and absolutely everything worked. The kitchen was perfectly stocked and laid out. The hosts were always extremely responsive and welcoming. Robert gave us excellent gallery recommendations and we so appreciated his expertise. We absolutely loved our one month stay in this splendid department. There is great transit, wonderful restaurants, groceries, excellent coffee, shops within easy walking distance. Prenzlauerberg is a magical place with lots of street trees, interesting shopping, excellent dining, and a very nice vibe. We would highly recommend this apartment to anybody on a visit to Berlin. It’s exceptional. Don’t hesitate to book this unique and visually attractive apartment.
