Apartment for max. four people in an absolutely quiet location. The apartment is located on the upper floor, is bright, about 50 square meters, has a living/sleeping area with open kitchen, a bathroom (with window and shower) and a small walk-in closet. You live in the house completely alone (on the ground floor there is only a garage; the landlords live in the house next door). The apartment is surrounded by fish ponds on the outskirts of Soltau. Linens, towels and final cleaning are included.

The garden is overgrown with plants so that it cannot be seen in from outside and is exclusively available. A Gasgrill and fireplaces both inside and outside with wood is included. Whirlpool (75€ / stay; April-Oct.) and sauna (25€ for / night; all year) can be booked for additional cost. A Carport for one car (up to 2 m high) is available.
